HR Manager

Responsibilities

  • Executes human resource strategic initiatives for review and implementation by top management;
  • Anticipates emerging trends on HR issue and initiate recommendations within the overall Company HR strategy;
  • Manages the implementation of approved human resources policies to attract, develop, and retain qualified staff;
  • Works on a daily operational basis with the line management in support of business objectives and HR strategies
  • Works as a partner with executive management and provide leadership to all HR staff;
  • Establish operational guidelines, systems and processes for assessing program performance.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance;
  • Coordinates and control the implementation of all HR programs (staffing, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, etc);
  • Supports and act as a consultant to the line management in solving problems/issues related to HR matters;
  • Manages the human resources within his/her unit, including manpower planning, hiring, people development, performance management, reward management and employee morale.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the similar roles
  • Spoken and Written in English is a must.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (will be a huge advantage)
  • Excellent knowledge in HR Strategic & Planning, Compensation & Benefit, to develop Salary Structure, employee welfare, Training & Development, Selection & Recruitment, Personnel & Employee Relation.
  • Minimal educational background is Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, preferable Psychology Degree.
  • Experience in Mining Environment.
  • Can Maintain good relation with Government and Police Department.
  • Having deep passions in Human Resources.
  • Having positive mind and able to establish and maintain healthy positive working relationships with people in course of work.
  • Familiar with payroll system including calculating tax for employee (pph 21).
  • Fluently in English is an advantage.
  • Detail, organized, good interpersonal skill and having a “Service Excellence” attitude.
  • Will Locate in Mine site at Batulicin Kalimantan Selatan
