Responsibilities
- Handling building management, car and other asset

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma Degree any discipline relevant to general affairs or equivalent

Warehouse Foreman
Responsibilities
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
- Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
Requirements
- Male,
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma Degree any discipline relevant to warehouse, logistic or equivalent
- Having minimum 2 years warehouse experience in mining area
- Possess excellent communication skills

Sample House Production Ore & Barging Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Establish planning of loading & barging ore
- Supervise blendding ore at stockyard to prepare “ready-cargo” for shipement scheduled
- Control & monitoring sampling of production ore sample & shipping sample
- Control & communicating with production and shipping as teamwork for continuity barging activities
- As team with grade control to produce ore mined grade “on spec”
- Familiar with management stockpile, implementation of concept ETO & EFO, ore treatment
- Maintain work quality performance, sample house housekeeping, safety compliances, and company policies for discipline in all QC activity
- Provide monthly reporting of QC performance and activities as required by management
- Ensure workplace health and safety system
- Ensure company SOPs are followed during QC’s operation activity
- Evaluate foreman and crew performance
- Organize work improvements in consultation with head department
Requirements
- Male,
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Chemistry
- Having minimum 3 years quality control in mining area
- Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all laboratory activities
- Familiar with JORC, SOP, QC/QA procedures and work flow production process in mining company
- Good knowledge in chemical process (solid catalyst, surfactants, interfacial tension) and instruments (GC-MS, XRD, XRF, X-Ray, ICP OES, ASS, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, Lecco, Ultra sulfur analyzer)
- Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)
Production Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of process
- Ensure operation of equipment
- Create and revises systems and procedures
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed
- Making report to Production Superintendent
Requirements
- Male,
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or any related discipline
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining operation (production), experience in nickel mining will be an advantage
- Computer literate in using Ms office & internet
- Familiar with mining software
- Hold “Pengawas Operasional” certificate (POP/ POM/ POU)
- Good communication and leadership skill
- Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)
Health & Safety Senior Specialist
Responsibilities
- Provide H & S management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company H & S policy and procedures and regulation requirements
- Remain all elements of OHS (including project elements) to improve safety performance
- To manage health and safety strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, maintain and support their implementation
- Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
Requirements
- Male,
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum 4 (four) years experience as safety officer in mining industry
- Bachelor degree from faculty of Mining Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Public Health
- Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)/ K3 is preferred
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
- Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
- Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
- Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
- Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)
Logistic Superintendent
Responsibilities
- To planing, organizing and controling logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management.
- Controling warehouse and delivery organization to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery
- Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste
Requirements
- Male,
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Minimum 5 (five) years experience as logistic, preferably from mining or construction company
- Degree from faculty of technical / logistic management or related field
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer literate in using MS office and Internet
- Posses good knowledge about Inventory, WHD Management, and Fuel Management
- Willing to be place in Maluku Islands, Halmahera with rotation schedule\
Insurance Administration Staff
Responsibilities
- To respond to insurance queries raised by fundraising staff in respect of events insurance; liaising with the insurance brokers as required, and maintaining records
- To process property insurance changes and maintain the insurance schedules
- To process vehicle fleet insurance claims, liaise with drivers and maintain records of claims
Requirements
- Female,
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Minimum 1 years experience in general insurance business as administration staff
- Minimum Diploma Degree in any discipline
- Understanding insurance claim process and procedure
- Computer literate
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to be located in Jakarta
