Cook
Responsibilities
- Check food to make sure of its quality;
- Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment;
- Prepare food for cooking;
- Cook food by a range of methods (i.e. baking, braising, frying, roasting or steaming);
- Divide food into portions and make sure that the food is well presented;
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment;
- Store food in temperature-controlled facilities;
- Receive and store supplies;
- Make sure kitchen is hygienic and functional;
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements;
- Prepare food to meet special dietary requirements; and
- Train and supervise other staff.
Requirements
Skills Required
- High level of personal cleanliness;
- Able to plan your time and work under pressure;
- Good communication skills;
- Punctuality;
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (will be a huge advantage)
- Flexibility to perform shift work (sometimes on a 24-hour rotating roster);
- Able to stay calm in difficult situations; and
- Able to work well in a team.

Warehouse Head
Responsibilities
- Organize and store incoming and outgoing goods.
- Control unload goods as the arrive at the warehouse's receiving dock.
- Ensuring the facility is clean.
- Essential to keep track of items going in and out of a warehouse.
- Supervise load or unload cargo from ships.
Requirements
- Male,
- Minimum age 27 years old
- Minimum S1 Degree in Industrial fields with GPA minimum 2.75.
- Current driving a car and have a Sim A / B1 is still valid
- Spoken and Written in English, Mandarin is a must
- Computer literate in any inventory control Software
- Have a high loyalty to his job
- Honest, disciplined and responsible
- Must work experience in the field of PPIC or warehouse in mining industry
Shipping Specialist
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Logistics, hedging, profit and loss, issurance and risk mitigation covering Coal shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct contacts to customers
- Written and verbal contacts with suppliers and receivers
- Co-ordinating the shipments with our customers
- Letter of credit negotiation according to contract terms
- Arranging for inspection, sampling, assaying and umpires of the various products
- Declaring quotational periods (hedge)
- Preparing for all necessary documentation (holding certificates,Releases, transport documents, invoices etc.)
- Checking and arranging payments, claims
Shipping
- Arranging for the various international transport by sea,barge and truck
- Insuring the cargo/transports
- Checking and calculating demurrage/despatch
- Being in regular contact with brokers, shipping agents, stevedores
- Being Witness with Surveyor and all activities
Internal work
- Checking and up-dating various shipping positions, exposure cards etc.
- Working closely with traders and our various departments of finance, accounting, hedging and liquidation
Key Relationships:
- Trade Finance department, Accounting department, Treasury department, Risk and VAT, Local Government
Requirements
- B.Com Bachelor Degree, Industrial Engineer Degree, Mining Engineering Degree or similar
- Spoken and written in English is a must
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Proficiency in Mandarin (will be a huge advantage)
- Detail, discipline good communication skill
- Willing to locate to any working area
Mandarin Translator
Responsibilities
- To mediate / translate the communication between the Chinese expatriate and Indonesian staff.
- Managing the support functions at CPC (Coordination Productivity Center)
- To manage and support the Operation Dept.
Requirements
- Male
- Minimum 27 years old and maximum age 35 years old
- Have a good communication skill
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in related field of study
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Able to speak Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to be placed on the mine site
