We are currently looking applicants for the following position:

 

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FAM)

• Male/Female with minimum 7 years experience in coal mining.
• University graduated (S1) Degree in Accountancy.
• Good understanding of Indonesia accounting procedures and tax laws.
• Experiences to handle subordinates.
• Able to manage the Corporate Finance in order to achieve the optimal profit
• Ability to create a banking proposal, hands on cash flow, profit loss
• Point of hire Jakara (HO)

 

Production Head (PH)

• Male, age maximum 40 years old
• Minimum 8 years experience as in Coal mining
• Bachelor degree from faculty of Mining / Geology engineering
• Hold a POP Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate. Hold a POM and POU Certificate would be highly valued.
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Have an ability on mine operations : Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment
• Willing to be located at Palaran, Samarinda. East Kalimantan

 

HR & GA Head (HRGA)

• Male/Female, Maximum 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law, Psychology or HR Management from reputable University, master degree is an advantage
• Having at least 5 years experiences from Mining company as HR & GA Head
• Excellent understanding about functions such as : Training & Development, Compensation and benefit, Man Power Planning & recruitment, Administration Support and HRIS and Industrial relationship and General Affair matters
• Fully understanding of Indonesian manpower related regulation
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in English is a must, both oral and written
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta and Samarinda

 

IRGA & Comdev Head (IRCH)

• Male/Female, Maximum 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law, Management, Communication from reputable University, master degree is an advantage.
• Having at least 5 years experiences from Mining company as IRGA & Comdev Head
• Experience in community Project Cycle Management (program design, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation and reporting process)
• Good relation with government & social entities
• Good Communication, team work, initiative, integrity, interpersonal skills
• Willing to be located at Palaran, Samarinda. East Kalimantan

 

Procurement Officer (PO)

• Male/Female max. 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) from faculty of Finance, Management, Administration, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining or heavy equipment company
• Good understanding about purchasing matters such as: purchase order, price comparison and make a link/connection to supplier.
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet.
• Good skill in negotiating, persuading and maintaining harmonious relationship
• Point of hire Jakarta (HO)

 

Legal Supervisor (LGL)

• Male/Female max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) with major in Law
• Having at least 3 years experiences from mining industries
• Have ability to provide practical legal advice to all business operation of company
• Good interpersonal skill, good negotiating skill, detail oriented and have ability to make and review draft agreements.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Point of hire Jakarta (HO)

 

Accounting & Finance Officer (AFO)

• Female/Male, Min. age 25 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) of Accounting
• Min. 2 years working experience in Accounting, Finance Audit & Tax in Mining Company
• Able to handle financial management of mining projects (budgeting, forecasting & financing).
• Strong analytical skill & High attention to detail
• Point of hire Jakarta (HO)

 

Programmer (PRO)

• Male max. age 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Information system or equivalent
• Min. 5 years experience as programmer
• Have strong knowledge about programming skill (in VB, NET, ASP.NET and knowledge database programming
• Initiative, communicative, hard working and able to work under pressure.
• Point of hire Jakarta (HO)

 

HR Officer (HRO)

• Male/Female max. 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law, Psychology or management from reputable university
• Experience 3 years in related position
• Knowledge & understanding about functions such as : Training & Development, Compensation and benefit, Payroll, Man Power Planning & recruitment, Administration Support and HRIS
• Good interpersonal and organizational skill
• Proactive, initiative, result oriented and problem solver
• Point of hire Jakarta (HO)

 

Land Acquisition (LA)

• Male with minimum 3 years relevant experience in land compensation & land acquisition in coal mining industries.
• Possess University degree (S1) from reputable university in any related field.
• Ability to collect and analyze local data for problem solving tools.
• Ability to schedule and complete the assigned tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within team colleagues.
• Good track records of delivering quality and targets within established variances.
• Willing to be located in company project sites.
