COAL MINING COMPANY (PMA) LOCATED AT SAMARINDA REQUIRED URGENTLY THE FOLLOWING POSITION.

ASSISTANT KTT ( ASSISTANT KEPALA TEHNIK TAMBANG)

Reqruitments

1. Male, Minimum 35 Years Old
2. English is a must
3. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable University
4. Minimum 5 years experiences at same filed
5. Must have POP and POM Certificate
6. Possess excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Mine Plan Software)
7. Highly motivated and has interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, good analytical skills, able to work in cross culture environment
8. Able to work independently and under pressure
9. Willing to work on site mining project

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Mine Plan
2. Controlling Production ( OB and Coal Getting)
3. Controlling Stockpile
4. Oversees entire mine, heath, environment and safety on site
5. Ensuring operations and activities are functioning smoothly
6. Managing budget, assessing, costing, and scheduling mine equipment supplies
7. Dealing with related parties required by the Company
8. Providing consultancy and advise on mining and mineral extraction projects
9. Coordinate and communicate with all contractors to ensure HSE policy are implemented
10. Coordinate and communicate accordingly with operation team and management to ensure all operation conducted as planned
