Recepsionist/Resepsionis

Requirements:

• Wanita, usia maksimal 23 tahun
• Pendidikan min. DI semua jurusan, Fresh Graduate
• Dapat berbahasa inggris aktif/pasif
• Kepribadian menyenangkan, penampilan menarik dan komunikatif
• Jujur, loyal, bertanggung jawab dan pekerja keras
• Melampirkan foto terbaru
• Domisili di daerah Jakarta Barat dan sekitarnya

 

IT HRIS SPECIALIST

Requirements:

• Male / Female, age max. 30 years old
• Graduated from Diploma/Bachelor degree any major from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00
• Having experience in handling HR Information System, Business Process, Payroll Management, Employee Database Management & Reporting at least for 2 years (preferable from FMCG Company)
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Certified HRIS Training will be an advantage.
• Good command in English both spoken and written
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Power Point, HR system (ex. Pro Int, Sunfish, etc)
• Able to work in a team, under pressure situation, and available to work overtime

 

GA Officer

Requirements:

• Male, max 30 years old
• Min. Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent from reputable university
• Min. 1 years experience at the same level in mining industry
• Familiar with ticketing, arrange accommodation, maintenance building, permit etc
• Familiar with SAP business process 
• Computer literate, Ms. Office and Ms. Excel
• Proactive, hardworker, discipline and willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines
• Having driver license type A is a must
• Willing to be placed at east Kalimantan
• Only candidates who meet the qualifications will be processed

 

Production Supervisor (Coal Mining)

Qualification:

• Male max. 40 years old
• Min. Senior high school or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Capable on Fleet Management & having good knowledge of operational Heavy equipment.
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Based in East Kalimantan.

 

SHE Supervisor (Coal Mining)

Qualification:

• Male max. 40 years old
• Min. Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma of K3
• Min. 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, HSE procedure, HIRA, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.
• Preferably held a "POP"& "OSHAS" competency certificate.
• Based in East Kalimantan.

 

General Affair (GA) Section Head

Requirements:

• Laki-laki
• Usia Max 35 th
• Pendidikan Min S1, Semua Jurusan
• Pengalaman min 3 th dibidang yang sama (diutamakan dari perusahaan pertambangan)
• Mengawasi dan bertanggungjawab terhadap pekerjaan General Affair dan Management kantor
• Memahami dan mampu menerapkan system administrasi yang efektif
• Memahami dan mampu menerapkan filling management yang baik
• Lebih diutamakan memahami business process SAP
• Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Kalimantan

 

Logistic Supervisor (Coal Mining)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Familiar with supply chain & procurement process, good team work, achieving result, initiative, communication and commitment to organizational ethic
• Based in East Kalimantan

 

Civil Engineer

Requirements:

• Male, Max 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree at Civil Engineering
• Min. 2 years experiences at the same level at mining area
• Responsible for project civil engineering scope of work (includes designs, review drawings, specifications, bidding documents, contracts, and cost estimates for road projects; conducts and coordinates design and construction surveying) in line with earthmoving based construction for highway.
• Familiar with CAD progams and other software for civil engineering.
• Visioner, high integrity and willing to contribute to corporate further development.
• Have a good personality, communication and able to do a team work
• Based on Kalimantan

 

ENGINEERING PROJECT CONTROL /COST CONTROL /MINE PLAN

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• 3 years experience in open pit coal
• Able to established cost estimation and cash flow
• Able to define and implement with the Project Control / Planner Engineer on the basis of the project budget execution.
• Able to establish and implement the Progress & Performance Measurement and Reporting System (weekly and monthly report)
• Able to operate software Autocad/ Minescape/ Surpac
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Based in East Kalimantan.

 

Mechanic (Coal Mining)

Qualification:

• Male max. 35 years old.
• 3 years experiences as Mechanic in mining companies.
• Having Basic Mechanic Course Certificate is a must
• Based in East Kalimantan
