Sales & Marketing Manager - Mining, Oil & Gas Industries

Responsibilities

  • Will be a full-time position responsible for the implementation and achievement of sales and marketing strategies and targets as stipulated in the Business Unit action plan.
  • Developing long-term relationship with clients especially from Mining, Oil & Gas Industries
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and marketing events
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
  • Work closely with various cross functional team to ensure project is completed in a timely order
  • Manage and coordinate all sales, marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products

Sales Executive - Mining

Responsibilities

  • Will be a full-time position responsible for the implementation and achievement of sales and marketing strategies and targets as stipulated in the Business Unit action plan. The successful candidate will contribute towards the overall profitability of our company.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies and action plans also coordinate sales team to achieve monthly or yearly sales target.
  • Monitoring and continuous development of the Business Unit action plan to ensure profitability targets.
  • Search and identify sales leads, schedule meetings, attend meetings, create and perform presentations, and interview customers during meetings to understand customer requirements.
  • Making report to the Branch Manager to ensure updated information for effective cross functional sales and sales progress achievement
  • Work effectively with Branch Managers and staff to propose operational, technical and commercial solutions to customers as part of marketing effort.
  • Proactively establish and maintain professional working relationships internally and externally

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical design for installation
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support
  • Advise customer regarding the products proper use and address specific user issues
  • Assist the customer base during installation
  • Documents tracts and monitoring problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner and tasks met preset
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • University graduate in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2 years experience preferably in Mining and Industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power point, MS Project, Auto Cad, knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
 

M & E Draftsman (ME - D)

Responsibilities

  • Department : Technical and Service Department
  • Reports to : Application Engineer
  • Prepare standard drawings for mechanical and electrical parts
  • Work together with assembling and installation team in order to provide manual book
  • Making construction drawings documenting construction drawings materials and specifications as a report

Requirements

  • Hold minimum STM / D3 Degree
  • Age maximum 30 years old (preferred Male)
  • Able to operate CAD 2D/3D and Mechanical Desktop
  • Familiar with Mechanical and Electrical Standardization
  • Familiar with CorelDraw and other desktop publishing software is an advantage
  • Having minimum 1 year experience
  • Familiar with heavy equipments, mining and industry is an advantage

 

Driver

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport passenger to customer locations in a timely, safe and courteous manner
  • Maintain driver logs and complete pre-trip inspections
  • Follow all Operational Procedures and Company QC standards
  • Adhere to all safety requirements particular to the equipment
  • Maintain the service and appearance of vehicles, including vehicles equipment/inventory.
  • Follow delivery/pickup instructions from dispatcher and/or GA Department
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management and/or GA Department

Requirements

  • Male
  • Maximum  40 years old
  • Must hold a valid minimum Commercial Class A Driver’s License (minimum SIM A)
  • Experiences minimal 2 years in similar position
  • Domicile in Bendungan Hilir area is preferred
  • Able to drive both  manual and automatic transmission car

Responsibilities

  • Log all client issues reported by Sales Team or Account Managers and work with Technical and Services to understand the nature of the problem.
  • Plans and manages assigned projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and within scope using company’s standards, guidelines, and other available tools.
  • Manages and Control Products Quality from both suppliers / vendors and customers.
  • Troubleshoot independently to identify real issues requiring Product/Engineering attention and filter out issues that are either expected behavior or user error.
  • Work with Product Principal, Management and Engineering to schedule fixes for release.
  • Communicate resolutions with Account Management.
  • Partner with sales team/account managers to communicate resolutions to clients.
  • Document as appropriate.
  • Manage and maintain Product, Provide Products Knowledge, Training, and Manual Books.

Requirements

  • Minimum 23 years old.
  • University graduate in Industrial / Engineering / Technical discipline (Civil and Engineering,  Electronic, Machine).
