PT Media Djaya Bersama (MDB) is a coal mining company under Reswara Sub Holding Integrated Coal Mining Company of Holding Member ABM Investama under the Tiara Marga Trakindo Group. PT Media Djaya Bersama (MDB) fully owns 2 coal-mine concessions located in Aceh province under subsidiaries, PT Bara Energi Lestari (BEL) that operates in the district of Seunagan and Suka Makmue, Nagan Raya Regency and PT Mifa Bersaudara (MIFA) that operates in the Meulaboh District. The total concession area is 4,629 hectares with the total coal resources estimated to be 365 million tons.

Mine Plan Engineer Supervisor

Meulaboh

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review short time design planning (daily, weekly and monthly)
• Prepare and review pit project design
• Evaluate and review annual plan quarterly and give recommendations for coal production, waste production, material balance, distance & dewatering to ensure that production target is achieved.
• Prepare guidance for operation team
• Coordinate with operation team
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities are in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree of Mining / Geology or related fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field and the same industry
• Able to use mine plan software especially Mine Scape and XPAC
• Knowledge in the concepts of good mining practice
• Understand related rules and regulations
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring).

Mechanic Trainer Supervisor

Meulaboh

Responsibilities:

• Develop, propose, direct and evaluate unit weekly to ensure that the work plan is in accordance with the work plan of the company.
• Develop, coordinate, supervise and deliver technical & mechanical (basic, intermediate, advance) training activities.
• Create training modules for mechanical & technical training on site.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, max 45 years old
• Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 3-5 years of experience in the same field and the same industry.
• Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• Familiar and able to operate heavy equipment in fixed plant (generator, cursher, etc.)
• Has TTT (Train the Trainer) and POP certificate.
• Able to operate supporting system
• Understand related rules and regulations
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

Maintenance Planner Coordinator

Meulaboh

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement a preventive and predictive maintenance system that can measure, monitor and control all asset on site and ensure the program is understood by all related parties in accordance with standard procedure and regulation of the company.
• Create and develop maintenance tasks and schedule registration based on daily inspections and result of the actual examination condition.
• Monitor and evaluate maintenance activity done by technicians / contractors to ensure it is in accordance with agreed plan and schedule.
• Collect maintenance data for all production and operational site assets to be used in preventive & predictive audit process.
• Create and submit maintenance activity report.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male, max 35 years old
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Industrial/ mechanical / electrical engineering with at least 2 years of experience in the same field and the same industry.
• Familiar with heavy equipment
• Able to operate supporting system.
• Understand management process and work schedule control.
• Understand related rules and regulations
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh.
