Supervisor Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

To support the preparation, implementation and execution of project’s quality management systems, policies & procedures with the objective of ensuring high – quality project management, productive work planning, quality products & the overall satisfaction of the client.

To carry out and schedule ‘at random inspections’ of the works in order to ensure compliance with inspection and test plans.
To assist in collecting, collating, analyzing and reporting on project specifications in order to ensure product and method compliance.
To supervise the work and performance of Specialist – QA and other subordinates in order to identify quality failures.
To assist and monitor QA systems both internally and externally (subcontractor and client requirements) in order to ensure compliance.
To perform audits on certain product quality in order to ensure compliance with contractual requirement.
To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
To perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization

Requirements

Holds Bachelor Degree in Psychology
Profiling certification and licences
4 years working experience in developing and conducting learning assessments and career development plans
Experience in developing and conducting assessment tools and providing confidential feedback.
Experience in similar roles in HR/training/learning functions in multinational company.
Comfortable working with nationals and expats staff to strict deadlines
