MINE ENGINEER SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in mining engineering with at least 3 years as mine engineering superintendent
• Certified in POM
• Familiar with mine software; Mapinfo, Minescape, MINEX, Surpac, Autocad
• Knowledge of best practice in Project Management
• Competence in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining methods and equipment.
• Understand mid and/or long-term mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design, and mine dewatering
• Able to implement HSE system of mining operations.
• Strong on planning, analytical, and problem solving skills, especially in analyzing mining process including all related equipment, technical difficulties, and make improvement recommendations as needed
• Good adaptability and highly self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills (good leadership, teamwork, honest and integrity).
• Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead change
• Will be place at Central Kalimantan

 

PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or related discipline.
• Preferably minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining operation (production)
• Hold "Pengawas Operasional" certificate (POP atau POM)
• Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
• Capable on Fleet Management & having knowledge of operational Heavy equipment
• Able to implement HSE system of mining operations.
• Strong on planning, analytical, and problem solving skills, especially in analyzing production process including all related equipment, technical difficulties, and make improvement recommendations as needed
• Good adaptability and highly self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills (good leadership, teamwork, honest and integrity).
• Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead change
• Will be place at Central Kalimantan

 

ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering.
• At least 1 years of experience in the same field and the same industry.
• Familiar with heavy equipment.
• Have the Ahli K3LH Umum, POP certification and other related work licenses.
• Good knowledge about waste management and mining reclamation.
• Able to operate supporting system
• Understand related rules and regulations.
• Willing to be placed on site in Central Kalimantan.

 

MANAGER EXPLORATION

Requirements:

• Min. bachelor degree from Geological engineering.
• Min. 8 years experiences as Geologist in coal mining project.
• Understand different geological models and systems
• Depth knowledge and experience in geological data collection, analysis and interpretation, modeling and reporting.
• Experience in mine geological modeling software package: Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCAD, GPS Mapper.
• Able to make progress report on designated project.
• Able to identify geological structure, out crop, and bedrock.
• Hold the POP / POM license will be advantage
• Strong on planning, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Good adaptability and highly self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills (good leadership, teamwork, honest and integrity).
• Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead change
• Will be place at Central Kalimantan

 

CREWING

Requirements:

• Male
• Min. 27 years old
• Min. diploma or bachelor degree
• Preferably from maritime transportation / nautical studies or equivalent
• Preferably from shipping industries and good knowledge in crewing port
• Has min. 2 years experience as crewing staff
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Good attitude & passion for crewing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Will be place at Kalimantan
