Started the coal trading operation in 1988, Baramulti Group is currently the owner of 11 coal concessions, consisted of 6 productive concessions and 5 concessions thats still under development. We also establised our shipping business in 1993 with a current total of 40 unit of tugs and barges owned, providing elevated services to our partners and future clients. HR & GA MANAGER
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from university graduate any field of study
- Male, age 30 - 40 years old
- Minimum 5 years experience as HRD & GA Manager
- Having a good knowledge in HRD & GA Practice (Recruitment, compensation and benefit, industrial relation, payroll, personal administration, labor lawa, etc)
- Good leadership, positif mindset, honest, effective communication skill, result oriented, able to work underpressure
- Strong motivation, honest & loyalty, dependable, integrity and initiative
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Good communication
- Will be placed in Site Location (South Kalimantan or South Sumatera)
