Environmental Manager

Requirements

• Male, Max. 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, Earth Science or its equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience in the mining industry. Have experiences in coal mining (in Owners / PKP2B would be an advantage).
• Strong technical skills in environmental management and interpersonal skills
• Have a POM License
• Understanding of process and utility of relevant legislation and operation, industry and company standards
• Have knowledge of relevant Government departments and NGOs, ISO 14001 and Tier-II audit programs as well as a corporate reporting processes and procedures.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Office Manager

Responsibilities
Manage daily office operational, developing office procedures and protocols, manage all office administration and secretariat duty include car park booking for employee and housekeeping matter. Requirements

• Female, maximum 35 years old
• Minimal Diploma from Hospitality or Secretarial
• Having experience in same position at least 3 years
• Fluent in English
• Good looking and good personality, hard worker, honest, energetic, fast learner and responsible
• Good computer literature minimal Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point
• Excellent in administrative skills

Receptionist

Requirements

• Female, Single, maximum 30 years old.
• Minimum SMU/SMK or equivalent.
• Good looking, minimum height 165 cm with proportional weight.
• Preferable has experience in same position min. 1 years.
• Customer service oriented.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Safety Manager

Requirements

• Male Maximum 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least diploma / bachelor degree in engineering (Environmental/health/safety) or equivalent
• Experience: at least 10 years in mining company or oil and gas industry
• Sound knowledge of applicable national and international codes, standards, and regulatory requirements and Industry HSE Best Practices namely quality and HSE Management Systems i.e. SMK3, ISO9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001.
• Knowledge and ability to perform effective Risk Assessment techniques or facilitate HSE studies such as HAZID, SIMOPS, JSA/TRA
• Able to use management concepts and principles including goal setting, planning and execution in implementing company HSE policies, procedures, guidelines and work requirements
• Experience in developing HSE training program and deliver training to all levels
• Highly analytical and thorough, good in organizing, planning and coordinating.
• Excellent relationship builder, problem solver, persuasive and with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent in English and able to communicate effectively at all levels on a wide range of complex and sensitive issues
• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, responsible, honest and ethical
