Purchasing Admin Staff
Requirements
- Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Budget Control Staff
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation of company annual budgets
- Controlling and supervise every transaction of each departement and compare it based on budget is made
- Analyzing deviations and it's effectts financially againts the company
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics accountancy.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Internship Accounting
Requirements
- S1 or D3 Majoring in Accounting

Accounting Supervisor
Responsibilities
- To manages the day-to-day accounting functions of the company by maintaining and producing financial information and accounting tasks of company accounts and records.
- Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records, including, but not limited to, cash receipts, expenditures, investments, purchasing, inventory, assets.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of financial reporting systems to insure integrity of finances based on sound accounting procedures and controls.
- Reconciles bank accounts and verify the bank balance with the general ledger
- Supervises all month-end and year-end accounting procedures including preparation and entry of journal entries for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and General Ledger computer systems.
- Assessing accuracy of accounting data, fielding questions directed at accounts payable and receivable, keeping track of records and processing transfers.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting
- Having minimum 4 years working experience as Auditor in KAP
- Having good knowledge of Financial Reporting, Taxation, and ERP System

1. Compile data from surveyor and prepare draft report
2. Handling printing and binding process for final report and manage the delivery to the customer

4. Acting as person in charge in managing and distributing information, order and instruction related to the section’s jobs

- Menjaga dan memastikan semua peralatan yang digunakan telah sesuai dengan persyaratan mutu

Requirements
- Berpendidikan Sekolah Menengah Analis Kimia (SMAK) atau Sekolah Menengah Teknologi Industri (SMTI) jurusan Kimia Analis, Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) jurusan Kimia Analis atau D3 Kimia Analis

Responsibilities
- Melaksanakan proses pemeriksaan / audit internal bagi Perusahaan secara berkala untuk menghasilkan Laporan Audit
- Membuat laporan audit
- Merumuskan & memberikan masukan pemecahan masalah (solusi) atas temuan audit dengan melakukan analisa yang tepat & akurat
