An Oil, Gas and Geothermal Services Company in South Jakarta urgently required to join with our team in Jakarta office.

QHSE Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• To develop, control and evaluate HSE management system and program
• To ensure company operational activities in accordance with HSE quality management standard
• To develop and plan HSE program and to improve employee awareness and competencies of HSE
• To socialize and monitor HSE management system and program implementation to ensure system and program is implemented with the rules
• Actively work with the field level employees to ensure that the highest level of health and safety standard applied and maintained in all field operations at all times
• Coordinate and/or attend regular safety meeting for the field level personnel to provide safety updates and communicate health and safety related issues
• To conduct inspection and follow up the finding to prevent HSE violations
• To investigate accident and analyze the causal factor of the accident in order to reduce the level of accident in the workplace

Requirements:

• Male, max 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree (Environmental Health, Safety) or equivalent
• Good command in English both Oral and Written
• Min 2 years experience in the same position (preferably from Oil & Gas Industry)
• Computer literate - able to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
• Required competency with HSE Inspection, AK3 umum, Environmental Management, Safety & Health management.
• Good leadership & managerial skill
• Motivated, hardworking, eager to learn, strong attention to details
• Job location for this position in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur
