Field Support Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage site personnel administration, especially: working agreement, payroll, medical and leave administration
- Handle industrial relation cases and coordinate with local manpower institution
- Manage site petty cash for operational, and provide spot cash transaction
- Maintain and control PO & SPK issuance and invoice / payment
- Collect production & hauling data for management reporting, and provide control analysis
Requirements
- Max. age of 35 years
- Preferably having background from Law / Management / Finance/Psychology
- Having min. 3 years working in a Mining Industry, especially in mining owner
- Having capability to work and deal with local community as an employee, vendor or other village residents
- Willing to be placed in Muyub Aket, Tering, Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur
Accounting Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information. Specially consolidation group report
- Responsible for general ledger.
- Fixed asset processing and reporting.
- Auditing and verifying documents.
- Following internal controls.
- Financial and profitability analysis on a requested basis.
Requirements
- Max 30 years old
- Bachelors Degree from a reputable University, Accounting
- At least 1 Years in the same position with minimum 2 years total exposure
- Willingness to travel
- Strong Computer Skills in daily work and other projects
- Adhere to policies, procedures and instructions
- Candidates will be placed in Jakarta
