BUSINESS ANALYST
(Assignment: Jakarta)
Preparing corporate rolling plan, monthly management report, coordination of annual budget and re-budgeting compilation and presentation, and to assist other daily and ad hoc activities to analyze and identify risks & opportunities which contribute to the achievement of the organisation's improvement, as well as short and long-term goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent English skills - spoken, written and presentation.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in the organisation.
- Must be proficient in excel, power point and report preparation and presentation.
- Ability to develop clear, concise and accurate report summaries.
- Excellent business analysis skills, strong financial modelling skills.
- Preferable to have worked with a world class International Corporation.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance or Math
- Min 3 years working experiences as analyst or consultant is preferable (but not essential).
- Preferable to have experience in mining/construction related companies (but not essential)
- Must be team oriented, self-motivated and possess the ability to prioritise work.
- Requires the ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance in the development of annual budget process and prepare forecast as required to ensure budget & forecast are reasonable, consistent with the Management activity and accurate.
- Prepare and involve in the development of financial model for tender, capex or adhoc project
- Evaluate and analyse the financial implications of an investment/capex.
- Sustain the development of the financial analysis process across Petrosea aimed at rationalizing costs and improving efficiencies.
- Liaise with business line management and team.
- Align with related line functions, execute and provide assistance in preparing and evaluating capital budgeting and to give early warning indicator for any significant variance of major drivers from actual data.
- Create a well-ordered timeline for annual budget (and re-budgeting) and provide support in the development of budgeting process (analyzing the trends of major cost & revenue drivers), and ensure the assumptions are sound.
- Help in producing a robust process and tool to integrated rolling plan and forecast from each department, and improve the process once it has been implemented.
- Perform cost -benefits analyses to compare operating programs , review financial request.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
(Assignment: Jakarta)
Coordinate and maintain Stakeholders Relationship Program (SRP) on high value clients and partners by establishing clients/partners contact plan (CCP) and its engagement plan as part of retention program, in order to support company's marketing and business development strategies.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Marketing and Business Administration / Management
- Min. 5 years working experiences and 2 years experiences in a CRM, preferably with experience in acquisition and retention marketing
- Excellent English skills - spoken, written and presentation
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Excellent networking and client relationship skill
- Requires the ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines
- May require local travel from time to time
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with SBD team and ICT to refurbish the old, and/or recreate and redesign the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database system and make sure its intended functionality and features within original and expanded CRM are fully workable and can be operated by the Company as a BD tool to capture all prospect information from "end to end" business stages until up to generate the reports and management approvals.
- Monitors the application of operating systems including policies and procedures, operating structure and information flow.
- Provide valuable input in development of customer relationship management expansion and retention strategies e.g. Stakeholders Relationship Program (SRP), Zippering Plan etc.
- Manage database including customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop training module of CRM system and deliver the training
- Involved in business plan input for team/group operations including budget development.
- Maintaining and administrating the BD portal
- Responsible to support HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
MARKET ANALYST
(Assignment: Jakarta)
Plan, design, and execute market research studies, provide analysis of current market (clients, competitors, industry) conditions, forecasts and recommendations in determining potential market opportunities and competitors' capability to strengthen company business development strategies.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Management, Mathematic, Engineering or Mining
- Min. 5 years working experience and/or 3 years experiences in Business Development
- Excellent business analysis skills and project management capabilities
- Preferably having foreign work and study experience
- Ability to develop clear concise accurate report summaries
- Ability to analyse and forecast market trends
- Excellent English skills - spoken, written and presentation
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Excellent networking and client relationship skill

- May require local and overseas travel from time to time
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute market research studies; analyze the results; and provide reports/ presentations and recommendations of alternatives in developing company business
- Measure current, and forecast future, market activity and customer/competitor and/or industry trends; conduct primary customer/competitor/industry research; identify new market opportunities; analyze competitor activities; or evaluate the success of the company's marketing campaigns.
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze information from internal and external sources (for example, market, demographic, economic, and other financial data) in order to develop recommendations about the implications of alternative marketing and business development strategies.
- Maintain a database of market and competitor data as a source of accurate and up-to-date information for market studies.
- Coach and mentor team members and check their work so that the results of research projects are credible and timely.

MARKETING COORDINATOR
(Assignment: Jakarta)
Develop and coordinate the planning and definition of marketing strategy in aiming to create the presence of the Company's branding, image and profile to the industries and stakeholders that are in line with and contribute to the organization's short and long-term strategic business goals.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Min. 5 years of experiences in Marketing/Communication functions
- Willing to travel to all location
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) both in English and Indonesian
- Creative and Innovative
Responsibilities:
- Recommend and liaise with SBD Management team to develop a marketing strategy consistent with the organization's overall mission, vision and objectives.
- Coordinates the planning and definition of advertising objectives, recommend choice of media and allocate resources so advertising campaigns are effective, economical and appropriate for intended audience.
- Liaise and collaborate with Indika Group as required to decide on which venues/exhibitions to participate in and oversee the management of Petrosea's participation/exhibits at industry based exhibitions with the aims of:
- Increasing Petrosea's understanding of the market
- Raising Petrosea's profile in the market
- Acquiring/meeting new contacts in the market
- Liaise with Business Development teams within Business Units to discuss ideas, clarify content/message and develop format for:
- Brochures for sections
- Promo sheets for jobs
- Capability statement
- Media Watch
- Recommend the selection and engagement of a Media partner for the advertisement and publications in aim of ensuring Petrosea is positioned appropriately in the market and build brand awareness with clients.
- Oversee the organisation of key client functions and develop the Customer Account Management (CAM) strategy through development of key relationship within clients/partners' organization.
- Lead, coach and manage subordinate including recruitment and provide a proper development plan for them in order to maintain subordinate in attract, motive and retain.
- Responsible to support HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
RISK & EVALUATION SUPERINTENDENT
(Assignment: Jakarta)
Support the Corporate Commercial and Risk manager for all aspects of the risk management program. Responsibilities include facilitating the identification and implementation of risks management and loss prevention throughout Petrosea, developing, reporting and monitoring formats on risk management issues and developing methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Risk Management framework and ERM process & activities
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Fluent in English written and verbal
- Hold certification in the Risk Management area.
- Preferably knowledge of the Engineering and construction industry and the mining Industry.
- Have min 6 years of experience in or knowledge of the Oil and Gas and/or Engineering and construction industry and/or the mining Industry an advantage.
- Min. Bachelor Degree in related field
Responsibilities:
- Championing the establishment of ERM and maintaining & developing the ERM framework
- Coordinates ERM activities, facilitates the identification and evaluation of risks, and coaches relevant personnel in responding to risks
- Organize appropriate risk reporting. Consolidates the reporting of risks
- Evaluates ERM process, and provides assurance that the risks are correctly evaluated
- Monitor, evaluate and challenge Petrosea's success in managing its risks. Recommend improvements to the ERM system.
- Oversee, and in some areas implement, the plan of risk control actions.
RISK ADMINISTRATOR
(Assignment: Jakarta)
Support the Risk Management Section with all administrative tasks, booking and organising workshops, updating risk registers, updating policy documents, preparing reports etc.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Risk Management framework and ERM process & activities.
- Co-ordination skills.
- Organisational skills and knowledge of document management.
- Excellent excel and word skills
- Good English written and verbal
- Knowledge of Risk Management area an advantage.
- Have min. 2 years of experience in or knowledge of the Oil and Gas and/or Engineering and construction industry and/or the mining Industry an advantage.
- Min Bachelor Degree in related field
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a document management system including file reference system for the Risk Management area.
- Maintain the Risk Management Portal and ensure all documents are up to date
- Assist in the updating of all materials used in the ERM workshops. Ensure latest materials are in the document management system.
- Assist in the preparation of all the Risk management reports. Ensure these are distributed and filed in the document management system.
- Assist in the preparation Risk Management Procedures. Assist in the preparation training materials on risk management processes
- Ensure the latest version of procedures and training materials are in the document control system.
- Organise ERM workshops, including venues, materials, participants and venues.
- Maintain the Risk Management system.
RISK MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
(Assignment: Jakarta)
The purpose of risk management function is to safeguard Petrosea, its customers, reputation, assets and the interests of stakeholders by identifying and managing all threats to the achievement of its business objectives
Support the Commercial manager for all aspects of the risk management program. Responsibilities include facilitating the identification of risks throughout Petrosea, developing, reporting and monitoring formats on risk management issues and developing methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, or Industrial or Financial Management
- At least 5 years professional experience in related field
