To provide technical inputs for Human Resource Development processes and initiatives with primary focus in assessment/profiling supporting learning events and talent agenda. Secondary focus is support recruitment on a needs basis.
- Holds Bachelor Degree in Psychology
- Profiling certification and licences
- 4 years working experience in developing and conducting learning assessments and career development plans
- Experience in developing and conducting assessment tools and providing confidential feedback.
- Experience in similar roles in HR/training/learning functions in multinational company.
- Comfortable working with nationals and expats staff to strict deadlines
- Conduct profiling/assessment type tools and processes to support Leighton Learning Development.
- Collect and analyze data of each HIPO identified within the business.
- Deliver monthly report on each HIPO’s.
- Support the staff development plans and any talent management initiatives.
- Assist recruitment function with assessments where necessary.
- Ensure all documents meet LLD and HR standards.
