Officer – Graphics and Program Design

Responsibilities

  • To support the electronic system and administration of training data base and training material in order to ensure the adequate template, performance measurement and reporting are properly implement and comply with Learning Management System.
  • To maintain training module templates and records accurate and kept up to date.
  • To assist in organizing training interventions and the supporting electronic material (design, animation, etc)  needed
  • To prepare monthly training reports and highlight status to functional heads
  • To develop training system data base for user request
  • To ensure training assessment and training request documentation are properly used by users

Requirements

  • Relevant Degree in IT or Graphic Design
  • 2 years experience in Graphic Design Function
  • Wide range of experience in graphic design and system development
 

Specialist - HR Development

Responsibilities

To provide technical inputs for Human Resource Development processes and initiatives with primary focus in assessment/profiling supporting learning events and talent agenda.  Secondary focus is support recruitment on a needs basis.
Requirements
  • Holds Bachelor Degree in Psychology
  • Profiling certification and  licences
  • 4  years working experience in developing and conducting learning assessments and career development plans
  • Experience in developing and conducting assessment tools and providing confidential feedback.
  • Experience in similar roles in HR/training/learning functions in multinational company.
  • Comfortable working with nationals and expats staff to strict deadlines
  • Conduct profiling/assessment type tools and processes to support Leighton Learning Development.
  • Collect and analyze data of each HIPO identified within the business.
  • Deliver monthly report on each HIPO’s.
  • Support the staff development plans and any talent management initiatives.
  • Assist recruitment function with assessments where necessary.
  • Ensure all documents meet LLD and HR standards.
