The area of PKP2B of PT. KARYA BUMI BARATAMA located in Muara Indung, Tanjung Rambai, Meruap, Ladang Panjang, Lubuk Sepuh Sarolangun District, Jambi Province and Musirawas District, South Sumatera Province and the mine area can be reached by four wheels drive through the country roads.
At this point in the construction phase to PKP2B Sarolangun District, Jambi Province, covering 16.730 Ha, and for Musi Rawas District, South Sumatera, covering 1.710 Ha a still in the feasibility study stage.
History
In March 2007, PT KBB has changed from Domestic to Foreign Investment as stated in the amendment of a contract signed by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Purnomo Yusgiantoro in front of The President of Indonesia, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono precisely on March 21, 2007.

SHE Manager
Responsibilities
- Assistance to the KTT for Construction with HSE requirements and compliance.
- Ensure that the ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 standards are complied with.
- Supervision of Project HSE and Medical staff.
- Attend pre-job, planning and other client meetings as required.
- Conducts regular audits and inspections at project locations.
- Investigate or arrange for all accidents and near-misses be investigated, prepare report of findings, including recommendations to prevent recurrence and implement approved course of action.
- Development and implementation of HSE Plans and emergency response plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as local client requirements.
- Ensures that all project personnel and crew comply with client and company HSE training and medical requirements.
- Provide relevant information for monthly HSE reports.
- Conduct HSE presentations and training to employees as required.
- Supervise the administrator and record keeping on area specific HSE audits, reports, certifications, permits, etc.
- Assists work site HSE professionals and line management in development of work site HSE and Cause No Harm promotions and campaigns.
- Promote a positive Company image during the course and scope of the performance of these duties.
- Assist in evaluation and selection of subcontractors on the basis of their HSE performance.
- Supervise the maintenance of company HSE statistics, analyze trends and propose and take remedial action where necessary.

- Responsible to ensure low levels of occupational accidents affecting employees and assets of the company by planning, coordinating and controlling the implementation of K3 Management System, both inside and outside the company according to the procedure area OHSAS 18000 (Occupational Health and Safety Operating System) and government regulations to effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum education S1 Degree in Environmental Engineering or related with minimum GPA 2.75 in related discipline is an advantage.
- A minimum of ten year’s practical experience in occupational HSE.
- Holding a Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or other allied fields.
- Knowledge of and ability to use management concepts and principles including goal setting, planning and execution.
- Possess strong knowledge of OHSAS18001, IS014001 and ISM / ISPS standards and qualified as an internal auditor.

Finance & Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating the collection, consolidation and evaluation of financial data, preparing special reports.
