The area of PKP2B of PT. KARYA BUMI BARATAMA located in Muara Indung, Tanjung Rambai, Meruap, Ladang Panjang, Lubuk Sepuh Sarolangun District, Jambi Province and Musirawas District, South Sumatera Province and the mine area can be reached by four wheels drive through the country roads.
At this point in the construction phase to PKP2B Sarolangun District, Jambi Province, covering 16.730 Ha, and for Musi Rawas District, South Sumatera, covering 1.710 Ha a still in the feasibility study stage.
History
In March 2007, PT KBB has changed from Domestic to Foreign Investment as stated in the amendment of a contract signed by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Purnomo Yusgiantoro in front of The President of Indonesia, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono precisely on March 21, 2007.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Responsibilities
- Mapping the priority stakeholders in areas in which the company operates, implement relationship building and initiate capacity building with the priority stakeholders.

Requirements
- Male
- Maximal age 40 years old.
- Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in social or communication from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00 from scale 4.00.
- Having minimum 3 years experience in national or multinational mining company as CSR or relevant experiences with reputable companies.
- Experienced in land acquisition.
- Advanced in handling crisis in communication as well as handling media channel.
- Good presentation skills, knowledge in the communication strategy.
- Good interpersonal, and negotiation skills with any levels.
- Excellent English is a must.
- Proficient in MS office application.
- Having good communication skill, negotiation, lobbying and dealing with local community, government institution and company’s relevant public.
- Understand local culture is an advantage.
- Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated and strong interpersonal skill.
- Able to work independently and to work under the pressure.
- Willing to be located at Sarolangun - Jambi.
Mine Plan Engineer
Responsibilities
- Mine Planning and Scheduling (short-term and long-term).
- Reconciliation of production for the OB and Coal.
- Support mining activities : develop drilling and blasting design based on data.
- Responsible for providing data.
- To supervise mining projects construction such as access and main road, settling pond, and rehabilitation.
- To prepare main plan designed, mapping, modelling, etc.
- Provide the most proper design to be applied in field.
- To organized survey section resources in line with the company standard in both quality and timely manner.
- Monitoring and ensure that production target comply with company.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Mine Engineering.
- Having knowledge using mining software such as Surpac, Minescape/Minex.
- Having good analytical power, honesty and discipline.
- Minimum 3 year experiences in the same position.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants must be willing to work in remote area (site).
Mine Plan Superintendent
Responsibilities
- Make Mine Design (Pit, Disposal, Ramp, Layout Infrastructure)
- Make Long-term Mine Planning
- Socialization detailed Mine Planning to relevant departments
- Make the achievement of design and sequence analysis of mining
- Make control and responsible for the implementation of long-term mine (annual)
- Make reconciliation analysis of coal reserves in each mining period (semester and annual)
- Make the evaluation of achievement of production targets
- Making and reporting periodic analyzes of production achievement (semester and annual)
- Make recommendations on the effectiveness of the strategy production process and the annual work plan
- Make preparation of annual RKAB and RKTTL
- Make a report on the implementation and realization RKAB RKTTL in the semester and annual periods
- Lead the engineering department to carry out all activities with SHE Program
- Make sure that all appropriate and subordinate to the behavior of safe working conditions
- Make a risk analysis of the risks / hazards in each work activity in the scope
Requirements

- Maximal 40 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering/Geology.
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar position – senior level would be an advantege, preferably from coal mining industries.
- POM certified would be an advantage.
- Proficient in mine planning software (Minex, MineScape, etc.).
- Mastering mining software.
- Good communication skill in english.
- Will be place at Sarolangun – Jambi.
Operator Alat Berat
Requirements

- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai operator alat berat diperusahaan tambang
- Mampu mengoperasikan alat berat dengan baik
- Diutamakan yang berasal dari Jambi
- Untuk penempatan di Sarolangun – Jambi
Sales & Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationship in domestic and overseas market.
- Prepare sales and business plan.
- Prepare and follow up sales contract and tender .
- Set up sales management process.
- Analyze to report coal market conditions.
- Follow up license, permit and approval process for domestic and overseas sales of coal .
- Willing to travel to Jambi.
Requirements
- Bachelors in business or engineering and MBA (or equivalent experience and education).
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of coal sales and marketing experiences, preferably with high value customers in Indonesia and overseas market.
- Job experience in PKP2B coal mining company is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience of coal business including product management, pricing, taxes & duties, handling, logistics, infrastructure, regulation, license, permit & approval, permit, tender, sales contract and etc.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Good computer skills.
Secretary
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily secretarial support.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, documents and filling.
- Arrange internal and external meetings and events as requested.
- Take minute of meeting.
- Document translation.
- Handling incoming and outgoing call.
Requirements
- Ideal candidates should be a female Indonesian citizen between 25 – 35 years of age.
- Hold a relevant degree (minimum D-3).
- Possess 2-3 years in similiar experience in mining company is definitely a plus.
- Excellent english written and spoken.
- Able to work in team or individually.
- Excellence administration skill and well organize person.
