General Affairs Staff
Responsibilities
- To liase with Building Management (landlord) regarding building safety, facilities and security management
- To supervise all office boys re: office support and cleaning (general services)
- Controlling and scheduling the daily operation of car and drivers.
- Administering vehicle expenses (car’s operation, repair, maintenance, etc)
- Handling cars’ documentation (BPKB, STNK extension, etc.).
- Handling cars’ insurance (extension, accounting voucher, .etc
- Book keeping (petty cash daily log)
- Maintaining office assets, equipment and facilities.
- Controlling all staffs requirement related to office work.
- Monitoring contract driver’s and office boy’s timesheet
- IT Support Monitoring
- Administer car insurance extension and premium payment
- Administer rent extension for various item such as office space, car parking sticker, and ensure the corresponding payment process
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration, social science or related subject
- Min 2 years experiences in similar position
- Computer literate
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- MUST Fluent in English, both speaking & writing
IT Networking Staff
Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Router Configuration And Troubleshooting, Radio Communication And Switching Principles.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batukajang, East Kalimantan.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
