The Harita Group is an Indonesian company based in Jakarta which main businesses in mining, palm oil and wood flooring amongst others. We are looking for suitable candidate who can fill the position as below:
Non Operation Manager
Responsibilities
- Maintain, implement and review from time to time all administrative operational
- Responsible for regular servicing of general affairs area such as transportation, meals, housing, laundry, etc
- Develop annual community relation and development plan together with key stakeholders
- Ensure that HR rules and regulations are in compliance with local/ national regulations
Requirements
- Male,
- Maximum age 45 years old
- Degree in any discipline relevant to administration or any related discipline
- Minimum 5 (five) years experience as Administration Manager at mining site or related with
- Having knowledge about mining administrative/ supporting area (HR, GA, CSR, Logistic, Purchasing, Finance & Accounting, IT), mining policy, and mining operation
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Good communication and leadership skill
- Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)
Trainer Heavy Equipment
Responsibilities
- To manage time and workload effectively; includes managing in-house maintenance training and staff trainers
- To negotiate training solutions to maintenance personnel and equipment problems
- Develop the theoretical and practical competence tests to certify the operators
- Conduct assessment and provide certification
- Present courses as per training matrix and line management requirements
- Update existing training materials where required to suit work related outcomes
- Constantly follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of training
Requirements
- Male,
- Maximum age 45 years old
- Minimum 2 (two) years experience as trainer/ assessor for operator Mining equipment (Excavator, Dozer, Grader, ADT, Wheel Loader, Dump Truck, Lighting Truck, LV)
- Having train for trainer certificate is preferable
- Associate degree in technical field related to industrial automotive or heavy duty maintenance
- Having broad knowledge of heavy equipment
- Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing; includes oral presentation
- Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)
