Legal Officer
Responsibilities
- Gather information and prepare required documents of permit application in order to ensure the requirements are fulfilled in complete, accurate, and timely manner
- Arrange team or office clerk composition for land inventory process in order to ensure sufficient manpower and timely process
- Perform land inventory and calculate compensation fee in order to ensure the calculation is in accordance local government regulation
- Perform Negotiation with local resident related to land acquisition in order to gain their approval in proposed compensation fee
- Respond and handle claim from local resident in relation with land acquisition in order to ensure there is no dispute between company and local regulation
- Perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company's and government regulation
- Make sure the conflict resolution
- analyze every contract draft between the company and the third party to make sure there are no point that will give the bad impact for the company
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having a good analytical skill
- Having a good understanding in agrarian law
- Having a good communication skill
- Having a basic knowledge of HSE
- Full-Time position(s) available.
