Secretary

Kalimantan Timur - Melak, Kutai Barat

Responsibilities:

Key job responsibilities will include:

• Organize and maintain company's diaries, including meetings and appointments
• Design and organize the office system of data filling and management
• Assist Board of Directors to handle company business matters (administrative)
• In charge of licensing, money transfers, legal documents
• Supervising daily activities of the company
• Screening and monitoring calls, emails and other types of communication in the company
• Perform evening and weekend duties as needed

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Secretarial, or others. Required skill(s):

• Women (Under 27 years age)
• Fluent in English
• Detail - oriented and pro-active
• Able to multitask and work under pressures and tight deadlines
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skillls
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
• Flexibility and adaptability to diffent working environment
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melak,Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur

Safety Support Supervisor

Kalimantan Timur - Melak, Kutai Barat

Responsibilities:

• Have in depth knowledge of OHSAS 18001
• Implement ERT
• Safety Training
• Reporting

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Required skill(s): provide new-employee health and safety orientations, conduct safety training and education programs and demonstrate to visitor, making report safety induction and development, having skill access the data creation of driver.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melak,Kutai Barat.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
