Medical Staff

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Medicine, Nursing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.


Civil Engineer

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.


IT Staff

Requirements

  • Candidate must be possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Industrial) or equivalent.
  • Having an excellent English Skill (both Speaking & Writing)
  • Should have at least 2 years experience in related field
  • Having a good skill in programing (C# and Java)
  • Having a good skill in database (MS SQL 2005 / up)
  • Having a skill to develop The RFID system with C# and Java program

Enviromental Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Make reclamation planning and mapping the areas to be reforested to ensure the alignment between company’s environmental program with AMDAL
  • Analyze the visibility of reclamation areas in order to ensure the treatment / reclamation program runs accordingly
  • Prepare and control the availability and quality of seeds in order to ensure the seeds could be plant in reclamation areas
  • Monitor the implementation of seeding process in order to ensure the process run according to the plan
  • Reporting to the goverment about the reclamation progress in Mine Site
  • Motivate, develop and evaluate his/her subordinates in order to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support the achievement of target
  • Perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation

Requirements

  • Must be possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Forestry or equivalent
  • Min. 1-3 years of experience in related field
  • Having a good Leadership skill
  • Having a good negotiating skill
  • Having a knowledge of seedings and reforestation issues
  • Having a knowledge of soil and plants
  • Having a good understanding in AMDAL implementation

 

Safety Officer

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and report all accidents in Kideco areas in order to evaluate the implementation and compliance with safety procedures
  • Create reports about mobilization permission (using roads in mining areas) and permits for using a location for the “skill up” practice, to ensure all activity recorded accordingly
  • Conduct monthly inspections of activities in Kideco areas to ensure the activities are in accordance with safety procedures
  • Perform safety induction for employees or guests in order to increase safety awareness
  • Perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate
  • Must be posess at least bachelor degree in Occupational Health and Safety major or equivalent
  • Having a OHS Certification is prefered
  • Result oriented
  • Having a basic knowledge in HSE


CSR Administration Staff

Responsibilities

  • Develop daily schedule of visit in order to ensure the program reach every targeted stakeholders.
  • Perform record and arrangement of books in order to ensure they are in good order and neat.
  • Distribute information of stakeholders’ complaint related to environmental issue to related department in order to support the follow up action is performed in good manner.
  • Perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of experience in the same field
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
  • Having a good English skill (both oral and writing)
  • Must be posses at least bachelor degree in any field
  • Having a good Interpersonal Skill
  • Having a good Communication Skill

 

IR Asst. Manager

Responsibilities

  • Control and monitor all IR activities    
  • May represent management in labor contract management    
  • Monitors implementation of Management policy (wage, working hours, etc)    
  • Arrange and sechedule the meeting between Union and Management    
  • Identify the hot issue that happen in organizational bodies    
  • Monitor the data preparation that will used in Management - Labour meeting    
  • Furnish the informations regarding a reference document, statical data concerning labor legislation, labor maret conditions, wage and salary survey, employee benefits programs for use in Management - Labor Meeting

Requirements

  • Min. 10 years of experienced
  • Having a good knowlade about the industrial law
  • Having a good communication skill
  • Must be posses at least bachelor degree in law major

HRD Asst. Manager

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Management Team members in reviewing, negotiating, and facilitating construction of Collective Labor Agreement every 2 years in order to ensure the overall process run in timely and smooth manner
  • Monitor and review all training activity to develop the employee
  • Motivate, develop and evaluate his/her subordinates in order to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support the achievement of target
  • Facilitate the particular internal parties in formulating solutions regarding dispute cases with any internal or external conflicting parties (mainly labors) in order to maintain Industrial harmony
  • Monitor and perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company’s and government regulation

  • Minimum 10 years working experience in similar position

Enviromental Asst. Manager

Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance of the contractors related to environmental project work to ensure the project run in accordance with target and time schedule

Legal Sr. Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationship with government, mining officials, local leaders, community, and BLH (Badan Lingkungan Hidup) to ensure the establishment of good communication and mutual relationship.
  • Prepare and compile mining compliance report in order to ensure the data is provided in accurate and timely manner, and comply with government’s mining policy.
  • Prepare monthly, tri-monthly and annual report to government and mining officials to ensure document is available in complete and timely manner.
  • Prepare and compile environmental report, including waste & water management for BLH process in order to ensure data submission to BLH in timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop future CSR plan based on input and aspiration received from local communities in order to ensure this plan satisfy the needs of local community.
  • Develop report and present established CSR program to Ministry of Environment in Jakarta in order to comply with government’s regulation.
  • Monitor and control land acquisition process in order to ensure the process run in effective, smooth manner and is in compliance with local government’s regulation.
  • Monitor and control permit application process in order to ensure all the process run in timely and accurate manner.
  • Motivate, develop, and evaluate his/her subordinates in order to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior, and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support the achievement of target
