Legal Officer
Responsibilities
- Gather information and prepare required documents of permit application in order to ensure the requirements are fulfilled in complete, accurate, and timely manner
- Arrange team or office clerk composition for land inventory process in order to ensure sufficient manpower and timely process
- Perform land inventory and calculate compensation fee in order to ensure the calculation is in accordance with local government regulation
- Perform negotiation with local residents related to land acquisition in order to gain their approval in proposed compensation fee
- Respond and handle claim from local residents in relation with land acquisition in order to ensure there is no dispute between company and local residents
- Perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company’s and government regulation
- Make sure the conflict resolution
- Analyze every contract draft between the company and The third party to make sure there are no point that will give a bad impact for the company.
Requirements
- Candidate must be posses at least bachelor degree in law
- Min. 2 - 3 year experience
- Having a good analytical skill
- Having a good understanding in agrarian law
- Having a good communication skill
- Having a basic knowladge in HSE
Legal Asst. Manager
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage land acquisition request from the relevant department in order to ensure that those requests are followed up in effective, efficient, and timely manner
- Monitor, check, and review land inventory by subordinates in order to ensure the data is provided in accurate and complete manner
- Coordinate, perform, and monitor negotiation process between local residents and company related to compensation settlement in order to ensure the result is a win-win, effective, and efficient solution
- Monitor, control, and review permit application process, which includes IMB, road development, harbor operation, wood weighting, land clearing, excavation C, etc. in order to ensure all the document is handled in accurate and timely manner
- Motivate, develop and evaluate his/her subordinates in order to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support the achievement of target
- Monitor and perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in law
- Min. 10 years of experience
- Having a good analytical skill
- Having a good understanding in agrarian law
- Able to communicate with a local society
- Having a basic knowladge in HSE
- Having a good leadership skill"
Finance Staff
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting or management
- Min. 2 years work experience in coal mining
- Having excellent English communication skill (oral & writing)
- Ability in office application software
- Employed person willing to be positioned at Batu Kajang mine site in East Kalimantan
Mining Engineer (CODE: MGE)
Responsibilities
To handle company obligation report regarding technical document. Review short term quality data for planning purposes and compare with production requirement. Conduct preliminary surveys and studies of coal deposits to assess the economic and environmental feasibility of potential mining operations. Design, develop and implement mine design, modeling, mapping and monitoring, preferably using particular MineScape mining software. Mastery in Autocad is an advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in mining engineering from reputable university.
- At least 5 years of experience in an open cut mining operation, planning, design, development and operation of coal.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant government mining regulation.
- Having an excellent English communication skill (oral & writing)
- Ability in computer operation
- Willing to be allocated at Paser Mine Site, East Kalimantan
