Site Manager Mining For Coal & Mineral
Responsibilities
- The SM will lead the mining discipline,
- Driving a culture of teamwork and performance to ensure continued growth and success by achieving key commercial,
- Safety and business targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 8 - 15 years experiences in coal, stone quarry andmineral operation project (nickel, iron Ore, bauxite, etc)
- Minimum 5 years experiences as Manager in Mining / Quarry operation
- A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
- Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
- Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
- Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
- Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Willing to travel to remote area all around Indonesia
Mechanic & Electrician
Responsibilities
- Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of facility.
- Ensure component removing and installing is conducted accurately and in timely manner.
- Ensure component disassemble and assemble is conducted accurately and in timely manner.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least STM/SLTA degree or equivalen
- Have minimum 2 years job experienced
- Preferable has sound knowledge in the same position in handling dump truck and heavy equipment
- Has understanding and knowledge in handling trouble shoting, overhaul and unit maintenance
- Able to read parts catalogue
- Has knowledge of unit component and electricity
- Has capability to analyze troble shouting
- Has a good and strong of mental and health
- Able to work at high pressure to achieve the target
- Willing to be located at Sumatera, Kalimantan area, or Obi island, South Halmahera
