We are multinational company in Coal Mining Industry in the North Barito, Central Kalimantan, with PKP2B permitted. We are seeking professional and talented people to build career with us for the following positions:

 

Civil Engineer

Key Accountabilities:

• Planning up to basic design of Civil Structure.
• Review of construction design in Civil Engineering.
• Preparation of technical specification, cost estimates and tender evaluation for construction in Civil Engineer.
• Construction Supervision in Civil Engineer.
• Maintenance of Civil Structure.

Specific Requirements:

• Min. 10 years experiences (preferable in Mining Industry).
• Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineer from reputable University.
• Max. 40 years old. (Male/Female).
• Ability to using Ms. Office, AutoCAD, STAAD III, etc.
• Good command in English both oral and written.
• Cooperative, hard working, honest minded.
• Have good knowledge in Civil Engineering Code and Standard.
• Design and supervision abilities in the civil projects which equal to an infrastructure of a mining project, such as earth work, hauling road, jetty, foundation, steel structure and one to two stories site buildings.
• Willing to be located in Jakarta.

 

Port QC

Key Accountabilities :

• Coal Handling supervision from in-loading to out-loading system and stockpile, concerning both quality and quantity.
• Coal Sampling supervision, liaising to the superintending company and the other parties concerns.
• Make the coal blending proposal as the marketing requirement.
• Investigation for out specification of coal quality and the other customer complain.
• Reporting and documenting the all of coal handling activities.
• Complying with the HSE regulation.
• Continuous Improving to aim the more efficiency and effectiveness.
• Making good coordination with the other parties concern.

Specific Requirements :

• Experiences: min 5 years.
• Education: Bachelor Degree of Metallurgy, Geology, Mining and Chemistry.
• Training: coal quality, POP from ESDM and the other related.
• Personality: Good Leadership and Communication.
• Skill: English, fluent both spoken and written, Computer, Familiar in Excel, Technical, Coal Quality and Port Operation.

 

Port Maintenance/Mechanical

Key Accountabilities :

• Maintaining the all of mechanical parts of plant.
• Planning the maintenance and replacing of the parts as the parts specification (Liaising with the logistic team).
• Fixing the mechanical problems.
• Continuous Improving to aim the more efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting and documenting the all of maintenance activities.
• Generating budget per annum .
• Complying with the HSE regulation.

Specific Requirements :

• Experiences: min. 5 years working in the coal preparation plant and conveyor system.
• Education: Bachelor Degree of Mechanical.
• Training: Related mechanical aspect and preferably POP from ESDM .
• Personality: honest and smart working.
• Skill: English, fluent both spoken and written, Computer, Familiar AutoCAD and Excel Technical, Port Mechanic and Planner.

 

 

Plant Operation

Key Accountabilities :

• Operating properly the all of plant facilities from the in-loading to the out loading system.
• Operating properly the weight bridge and recording the data.
• Always run the pre-check the all of plant facilities before using.
• Always run the house keeping of the working area.
• Continuous Improving to aim the more efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting and documenting the all of port activities such as: working hours, fuel consumption, etc.
• Generating budget per annum.
• Making good coordination with the other parties concern.
• Complying with the HSE regulation.

Specific Requirements :

• Experiences: min. 5 years working in the coal preparation plant and conveyor system.
• Education: Bachelor Degree of Mechanical, Mining, Geology, Chemistry.
• Training: Related with Port Operation, mechanical and preferably POP from ESDM .
• Personality: honest and smart working.
• Skill: English, fluent both spoken and written, Computer, familiar in Excel Technical, Port Operation.

 

Port Electrical

Key Accountabilities :

• Maintaining the all of electrical parts of plant.
• Planning the maintenance and replacing of the electrical parts as the parts specification (Liaising with the logistic team).
• Fixing the electrical problems.
• Continuous Improving to aim the more efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting and documenting the all of electrician activities.
• Generating budget per annum.
• Complying with the HSE regulation.

Specific Requirements :

• Experiences: min. 5 years working in the coal preparation plant and conveyor system.
• Education: Bachelor Degree of electrical.
• Training: Related electrical aspect and preferably POP from ESDM.
• Personality: honest and smart working.
• Skill: English, fluent both spoken and written, Computer, PLC (program logic computer), Networking system (CISCO), AutoCAD etc, Technical, Port Electrical and Planner.

 

Port Warehouse

Key Accountabilities :

• Running the warehouse and logistic activities.
• Reporting and documenting the warehouse and logistic activities.
• Making sure the data at the computer synchronize with the stock of parts .
• Support the plant activities.
• Generating budget per annum .
• Complying with the HSE regulation.
• Make good coordination with the parties concern (supplier, etc).

Specific Requirements :

• Experiences: min. 5 years working in the coal preparation plant and conveyor system.
• Education: Bachelor Degree of statistic and technical.
• Training: Related warehouse aspect and preferably POP from ESDM .
• Personality: honest and smart working.
• Skill: English, fluent both spoken and written, Computer, Warehouse program, Microsoft excel, access, Technical, Warehouse and logistic.

 

Port Operation

Key Accountabilities :

• Loading process supervision (from berthing to sailing process).
• Handling shipping documents.
• Manage barge circumstance.
• Monitoring the river condition for safe sailing .
• Make good coordination with the other parties concern such as: contractor, agent, etc.
• Always run barge checking before loading to avoiding contamination.
• Generating budget per annum .
• Complying with the HSE regulation.

Specific Requirements :

• Experiences: min. 5 years working in the coal port.
• Education: min. ANT (Ahli Nautical)-III.
• Training: Solas, SM code and other related .
• Personality: honest, leadership and smart working.
• Skill: English, fluent both spoken and written, Computer, Microsoft Office, MS excel, gps software, Technical, Nautical and ship mechanical.

 

HRD Superintendent

Key Accountabilities :

• Setting up and implementing HR policies and procedures, planning, coordinating and carrying out all personnel & administration activities including Personnel & Adm, Purchasing, Logistic, and Legal.
• Plan, manage, and control employee staffing (i.e. manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and placement process), employee development (i.e. training, promotion, rotation/ transfer), and employee performance through performance management system.
• Plan, manage and control organization designing for Company .
• Plan, manage, and control compensation practices for Company.
• Manage the administrative activities of the overall organization so that administrative staff office, equipment, supplies, and other resources are used effectively and economically.
• Plan, manage, and control legal implementation within organization .
• Plan, manage, and control purchasing and reparation process, including negotiate with vendors/ supplier for best services and prices, monitor payment process, delivery process to and from users (including to sites), and final review for documents completeness and accuracy.
• Manage & Monitor Litigation Process.

General Requirements:

• Male, Bachelor degree from reputable university, with majoring in Management, Psychology or Law.
• Mid thirty to forty years old, and to be located in Site Area, Muara Teweh.
• Having at least 7 years experiences handling Personnel & Administration function in the manufacturing industry, experiences in coal mining industry is an advantage.
• Superior communication skills in Indonesia and English (oral and written) and possesses the ability to communicate and manage relationships with a wide range of people.
• Strong leadership, analytical skill, results oriented and able to work in a team, good planning, interpersonal skill
• Wiling to work in the site.

 

Safety Supervisor

Key Accountabilities :

• Assist Safety Superintendent to create and establish OH & S management system.
• Assist safety Superintendent Introduction and development of OH&S management systems and procedures.
• Develop OHS procedure to be in line with mining operation.
• Reporting to ministry of manpower and ESDM regarding the Safety Management Systems implementation in the company.
• Conduct internal Auditor for HSEMS audit.
• Supervise to executes, control, reviews, suggest and departments HSE target programs to decrease/lower all potential hazards and environment aspect and control all risks and environment impacts within company facilities and/or working areas/locations.
• Review the company HSE Procedure to be in line with the government laws and regulation for Occupational Health Safety and Environment.
• Supervise to review and implement the Indonesian Regulation/Legislation that related with HSE.
• Supervise to monitor and maintain control measures in the use of hazardous materials.
• Facilitate the company risk and environmental impact assessment process.
• Supervise to check and maintain company equipments in good working order regularly.
• Supervise to conduct the HSE Inductions Training and related others HSE training programs and prepare and develop HSE training plan and also material regarding HSE campaign.
• Supervise to promote and monitor orientation/induction and training programs for company and subcontractor personnel.
• Promoting HSE programs and health and safety related campaigns and prepare HSE campaign and alert notice.
• Compile and manage the HSE Performance Report and Statistical analysis and report to HSE Superintendent.
• Conduct investigation of accidents and analysis of accident statistic in order to identify trends and propose the necessary corrective measure.
• Supervise the contractor HSE monitoring and measurement and also the evaluation of compliance.
• Supervise to prepare and conduct emergency drill periodically.
• Conduct HSE meeting, toolbox and periodically HSE inspection, and monitor the corrective action implementation.

Specific Requirements :

• Min. 3 years .
• Bachelor Degree of Safety & Occupational Health applied Science / related degree.
• Max. 40 years.
• Excellence in English and MS Office.
• Well comprehended AK3.
• Poses POP, have certificate related with Safety & Health.
• Have leadership, eager to work, discipline, communicative.

 

Barging Superintendent

Specific Responsibilities :

• Manage Barge cycling from Port Bintang Ninggi.
• Monitoring berthing, loading and unberthing process.
• Manage all the documents (SKPBGT, SIB, Cargo Manifest, NOR, draft survey, Cargo Declaration,ect).
• Having good coordinating abilities within internal division, also loading master in Taboneo and/ government.
• Having abilities in making planning working schedules, in spite of controlling either monitoring.
• Establish strategy to achieve work target.
• Posses good leadership and supervisory skill.
• Possess good abilities in monitoring budget.
• Responsible into Health -Safety - Environment in the working area.

General Requirements :

• Male, min 35 years.
• Posses Certificate Ahli Nautika Tingkat (ANT)-III.
• Posses 3 years experiences in Shipping, particularly from mining coal business.
• Technically well comprehend in Shipping machine (tongkang, tug boat, etc).
• Well comprehend technically in loading and unloading cargo.
• Able to understand English min. passive.
• Able to work in team either independent.
• Good leadership skill, integrity, high commitment, honest and dedicated person.
• Willing to be located in Kalimantan Tengah.
• Well comprehend in working with MS Office.
