QUALITY MANAGER

(Assignment: Jakarta)

Develop, monitor and provide continuous improvement of a robust company-wide management system through process owners as well as manage the quality personnel availability and competencies to ensure the compliancy through the internal audit program and enhance awareness of "quality" within company in term of maintain company s quality certification.

Requirements:

1. Min bachelor degree in Engineering
2. Min 10 (ten) years of experience in Quality positions, with supervisory or management roles
3. Good knowledge on Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System
4. Fluent in English, both oral and written
5. Good communication skill
6. Willing to travel to other work location or project sites as and when required

Responsibilities:

1. Analyse and review the tender document for define tender requirement in order to develop tender input based on specific requirement and referred to previous approved best practices.
2. Establish, develop and improve Quality Management System, Project Quality Plan (PQP) and other QA/QC documentation, plan and implement project inspection and source QA/QC personnel to fill in the roles in order to promote the implementation of Quality Management System.
3. Maintain and monitor the quality standard certification (ie ISO 9001) implementation and hold a role as a Management Representative to ensure quality standard conformance in the company.
4. Prepare and monitor the implementation of internal quality audit program to ensure the quality adherence.
5. Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system, produces data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators in order to meet KPIs.
6. Advise on changes in quality policies/procedures and their implementation, provides training, tools and techniques to enable others in achieving quality standard.
7. Establish, manage and control the operational budget for the business unit to ensure budget efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Establish, review and communicate quality timely report for internal and external purpose in order to ensure accurate and reliable report in timely manner.
9. Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements

 

OPERATIONS MANAGER (Constructions Project)

(Assignment: Jakarta)

To provide directions and manage the interface between the Project Managers and all support functions in the Jakarta Office for the day to day running of the live projects that are being undertaken by the Engineering & Construction section.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Civil Engineering, from reputable local university/overseas.
2. Minimum 10 years professional experience in several big project, such as: Power Plant, LNG, Port/Jetty, out of which 5 years in senior managerial position.
3. Managerial skill, maturity with strong in leadership capability.
4. Commercially astute.
5. Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
6. Required to travel to site.

Responsibilities:

1. To ensure HSE performance is the top priorities for all operations activities.
2. Support Project Managers in all functions that are undertaken to ensure that all Petrosea requirements (e.g. Project Management Plan, HSE Plan, Quality Plan, and Standard Operating Procedures) are complied with.
3. Assists Project Managers by reviewing Monthly Project Reports and ensures that actions are taken to correct negative trends.
4. Interface with the Client on project team and Petrosea performance matters to assure all issues are being solved and any corrective actions are taken properly.
5. Communicate and interface with senior management regarding operation performance to ensure that all senior management is well informed with any project progress.
6. Provide leadership and direction to operations staff.
7. To understand the contract Terms & Conditions and ensure that the company is not exposed to undue risks.
8. To prepare and monitor detailed cost forecasts for operations to ensure budget compliance.
9. Providing operation input into estimating to ensure future project manager will put their commitment when the project is sold.

 

OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT (Forklift & Trailer)

(Assignment: Kalimantan Timur)

Managing fork & trailers operations teams to deliver the most efficient and profitable manner and meet the clients contractual requirement. HSE leadership is compulsory and the work scope not limited to:

Work with scheduler to set scheduling of daily equipment operations

Communicate to mud / cementing companies & advise to cutting /mixing products scheduling refer to projected workloads

Manage all cargoes transfer rate from Jetty - Storage vice versa always up to standards targeted

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree, preferably from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. Min. 10 years professional experience, with the last 5 years in supervisory level preferably in Oil & Gas Company
3. Have strong leadership to supervise and manage, including disciplinary action
4. Able to develop and encourage subordinates, motivate by respect and avoid favoritism
5. Ability to communicate effectively both oral and in writing, with Clients, subordinates, superiors and other third parties related to base operations
6. Good command in English both verbal & written
7. Understand HSE principle in all aspects of Base Operations
8. Computer literate (Advance level in Ms. Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point)
9. Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations
10. Willing to work extended hours to meet project targets

8. Intensive communications to Maintenance Superintendent to info the Lifting work planning and manage the forklift/trailer availability
9. Ensure equipment delivery & operators reliability to work area is done in timely manner
10. Have strong commitment to equipment operation are operate in accordance with the SOP and has ability use his authority to halt the equipment operation considers dangerous to proceed
11. Consistently develop professionalism of operators by coaching and mentoring them to follow Work instructions

 

MINE ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT

(Assignment: Kalimantan)

Control, monitor and supervise Business Mining Process by variance in the Project mining operations to ensure production is achieved in accordance with Project parameters, Project schedule and budget and in compliance with Petrosea and Project safety and environmental policy and guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer.
2. Fluent in English, written and verbal.
3. Good leadership and communication skill.
4. Willing to be placed in all mining project location.
5. May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and direction to all mining engineering staff to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations to achieve production targets.
2. Work with Senior Mining Engineer to develop weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer.
3. Assist with the implementation of the BMP system through leadership of technical assistants, production of accurate and timely reports, and troubleshooting problems encountered with the system.
4. Responsible to implement long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
5. Assist the Mining Engineer to develop and update mine plans and production schedules in accordance with project criteria.
6. Implement and manage the mining operations in accordance with the mine plan to achieve production schedules.
7. Prepare timely and accurate information on project progress for inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining Engineer.
8. Organize, coordinate and manage production meetings internally and with the Client and arrange for distribution of minutes.
9. Responsible for the optimization and utilization of mining equipment by the Mining Supervisor to achieve production targets.
10. Ensure smooth coordination between Mining operations and Maintenance to maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment.
11. Monitor and manage the performance of all mining engineering staff.
12. Assist the Project Manager in the training and mentoring of personnel as required by the company.
13. Assist the Project Manager in promoting the development of teamwork.
14. Promote and develop an open ethical work environment.

 

IR/ER OFFICER

Maintain, arrange, monitor and administer employee and industrial relation in order to provide an immediate support to all employees in conforming with all company s regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree from any major, preferably Law
2. Min. 3 years of experience in HR field, especially in Industrial Relations
3. Familiar with Government Employment Regulation
4. Willing to work extended office hours as and when required, and travel out of the office
5. Possess strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels of staff
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information/documents
7. Good attention to detail

Responsibilities:

1. Assist coordinator in develop, analyze, draft, gather and organize data for IR/ER guidelines/policies purposes such like SK, policy regulations in order to provide assistance in preparing guidelines/policies in line with company s target and goals.
2. Perform secretarial duties (typing, correspondence, filing) including provide ID card for employees, travel arrangement for IR/ER & GA team, prepare IR/ER monthly report, maintain IR/ER & GA petty cash, arrange meeting/gathering and update membership association (HR Mining Meeting, Apindo).
3. Gather and compile data for preparation of the man power report (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan); register Wajib Lapor to Depnaker; distribute the approved Wajib Lapor to internal company who need it; maintain relationship between Depnaker and or other associates if needed to ensure that Wajib Lapor is registered to Depnaker on time.
4. Assist coordinator in negotiation of labor dispute local issue in project and also conduct exit interview in order to represent company.
5. Prepare, register and administer counseling/warning letter for employees in order to ensure any warning letter/counseling process given are conforming to company s procedure.
6. Socialize and accommodate all information that needs to be share to all employees, local community and local authority in order to maintain good communication.
7. Provide advice to all employee issue and administer them if any.
8. Conduct research and analysis on employee relations issues so that other managers, legal counsel, mediators and external consultants are well prepared to carry out bargain, negotiation and dispute resolution procedures.
9. Keep up to date with the employee relation climate in the organization and the industry also with the proposed and actual changes in employee relations regulations, so that the organization s employee relation policies remain current and relevant.
10. Responsible for all process from preparing, carrying out, collecting and analyzing data from Employee Opinion Survey.
11. Demonstrating willingness to learn new skill and continuously look for improvement in work processes and result.
12. Implement HSE policies and programs in all activities of work area.

 

ENGINEERING MANAGER (Constructions Project)

(Assignment: Jakarta)

Plan, direct and control the Engineering function to produce a cost effective engineered solution (including the development of appropriate Specifications) for the Project within the budgeted man hours and within the tendered timeframe by utilizing capable and appropriate resources efficiently to ensure that Procurement/Construction activities commence on time.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Civil Engineering
2. Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and procurement management principles and practices. Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods
3. Experience handle several big project, such as: Power Plant, LNG, Port/Jetty
4. Maximize Project margins by ensuring appropriate Technical Specifications and Codes are adopted to suit the requirements of the contract
5. Min. 15 years previous experiences in Engineering with 5 yrs as a Manager. Has experience as consultant in EPC project is advantage
6. Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
7. Required to travel to site

Responsibilities:

1. Be fully conversant with the contents of the Project Safety Management Plans (including Environment) and the Company policies on safety. Ensure that Safety topics are discussed with all Vendors/Subcontractors/Consultants prior to the commencement of any engineering/design activities and be vigilant in enforcing the agreed standards.
2. Develop an Engineering/Design Management Plan for the Project that includes the strategy to deliver the work in accordance with the schedule parameters set by the Project Manager. This plan must be maintained and remain relevant to the function during the course of the Project.
3. Develop a detailed Engineering schedule to meet the requirements of the Project. Be fully accountable for this schedule and react to any negative movements to ensure the schedule is met.
4. Resource the Engineering department to ensure that the schedule can be delivered by all disciplines. Develop a back-up strategy to be able to react to the situation where the scope grows or delays begin. Understand the availability of resources or consultants to be able to react promptly to all situations.
5. Ensure that all members of the Engineering Team fully understand the requirement of the Project and are familiar with the Design Management Plan and are conversant with the commercial constraints of the Project Budget.
6. Interface with the Procurement function to ensure that all Technical Bid Evaluations are completed on time so that the procurement process is not delayed as a result of Engineering in decisiveness. Meet on a regular basis (more than once per week) with the Procurement Manager and plan the resource allocations to ensure schedules are met.
7. Establish and maintain effective work relationships with all members of the Project team and offer support to all persons that request support. Pass knowledge onto your team and others in the Project so that the capability of the developed team grows throughout the life of the Project.
8. Establish a comprehensive database of all Standards, Codes, and Specifications and ensure that all members of the Engineering Team are familiar with their location and the appropriate use of the information. Keep all reference material updated and current.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the progress of the engineering phase of the Project. Identify areas of concern and the strategy to mitigate the known issues.
10. Establish and maintain a detailed risk register for the engineering function and liaise with the Project Controls and Project Managers to discuss the identified risks on a regular basis.
11. Establish a rigid Document Control system to ensure that all members of the Engineering team follow the approved procedures. Provide training in the use of the system and ensure that all Vendors/Fabricators submit their documents direct to the leader of the Doc Con function.
12. Ensure that inter-disciplinary reviews are conducted for all aspects of the Project. Monitor the IDR process to ensure that the turn-around time for documents is known and the duration is being minimized.
13. Establish an efficient Technical Query system to control all TQ s between all partners in the Project. Ensure that all subcontract Vendors/Fabricators adopt the system and it is fully utilized. Manage the TQ system and report weekly the status of all TQ s. Continually strive to reduce the TQ response time.
14. Performs administrative supervisory tasks including evaluating employee performance, source necessary skills and resources based on manpower forecasts to provide managerial supports in administrative matters.
15. Establish a Management of Change procedure and educate the Project Team (all departments) about it s appropriate use. Ensure the system is adopted with the use of all subcontractors to ensure that all changes are effectively managed.
16. Provide a support service to the Construction phase by assigning persons to the site team and ensuring that the response time to fieldd TQ s is minimized.
17. Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements

 

DRILL & BLAST ENGINEER

(Assignment: Site)

Develop drill and blast designs, implement designs in conjunction with blasting sub-contractor and monitor drill and blast results, acknowledging inefficiencies and recommending changes accordingly to ensure high quality, cost effective and safe blasting occur.

Requirements:

1. Min Bachelor degree in Mining or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate
2. Min. 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting engineering
3. Good communication skills in English and Indonesian, written & verbal
4. Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software
5. Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, recommend and implement suitable strategies to provide optimal blasting solutions and improve blasting performance to operations.
2. Ensure the drilling plan is provided in a timely manner and the drill is working productively in the most cost effective and safe manner.
3. Coordinate blasting activities, lead and control blasting crew to ensure agreed mine plan is being followed.
4. Analyze and communicate drilling and blasting issues to short term engineer and mining operation in order to provide technical support to site based personnel.
5. Monitor and control drill and blast operations and activities in progress to ensure high standards of safety are always upheld.

 

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT - MINING

(Assignment: Jakarta)

Assist Business Development Manager - Mining to lead the team who develop and growth future Petrosea mining business and expand Petrosea future business, as well as secure back log to maintain growth

Requirements:

1. Min Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
2. Having minimal 8 (eight) years exposure with Mining Industry
3. Min 3 (three) years experiences in similar fields
4. Knowledge of Legal & administration aspects related Mining government regulations and tender process
5. Good communication and networking capability

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying business opportunities and evaluating opportunities in mining areas such as mergers and acquisitions, alliances, and business deals
2. Monitor and control market research or analysis projects; evaluate finding, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities
3. Establish long term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the organizations products and services.
4. Conduct meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization s business interest
5. Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organization and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure that these referrals are followed- up promptly

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

(Assignment: Jakarta)

Analysing and coordinating BD activities including: sourcing & processing opportunities up to project award, market & competitor analysis; build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners in order to assist E&C Department in developing business strategy. This also includes supporting the Estimating team in the preparation and submittal for tendering documentation.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineer
2. Min. 4 years previous experience in Business Development in Engineering Constructions sectors
3. Able to work in extended hours to meet deadlines, target & multiple tasks
4. Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
5. Committed to delivering the best possible service to the internal and external clients
6. Able to travel regionally at short notice

Responsibilities:

1. Assist to BD Manager to collect, compile, and verify financial, competitive, sales, marketing, and other information about potential business partners; new markets, products and services; or other business opportunities so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions.
2. Develop reliable and accurate external information of financial competitive, sales, marketing, potential business partners; new markets, products and services, or other business opportunities (Market Intelligence)
3. Complete Opportunity Knocks, go-get analysis and Prospect Assessments for internal approval purpose are available in timely manner prior to pre-qualification or tender preparation
4. Develop document for Expression of Interest, Pre-Qualification, or any client s deliverable for new opportunities to meet Client s requirements
5. Develop a solid, good, long-term relationship with Customers (clients, prospects, and industry leaders) and provide assistance in any matters related to projects as required
6. Locate technology partners that when combined with Petrosea will enable alternate projects to be delivered
7. BUSINESS ANALYST

(Assignment: Jakarta)

Preparing corporate rolling plan, monthly management report, coordination of annual budget and re-budgeting compilation and presentation, and to assist other daily and ad hoc activities to analyze and identify risks & opportunities which contribute to the achievement of the organization s improvement, as well as short and long-term goals.

Requirements:

1. Excellent English skills - spoken, written and presentation.
2. Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in the organisation.
3. Must be proficient in excel, power point and report preparation and presentation.
4. Ability to develop clear, concise and accurate report summaries.
5. Excellent business analysis skills, strong financial modelling skills.
6. Preferable to have worked with a world class International Corporation.
7. Minimun Bachelor degree in Finance or Math
8. Min 3 years working experiences as analyst or consultant is preferable (but not essential).
9. Preferable to have experience in mining/construction related companies (but not essential)
10. Must be team oriented, self-motivated and possess the ability to prioritise work.
11. Requires the ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support and assistance in the development of annual budget process and prepare forecast as required to ensure budget & forecast are reasonable, consistent with the Management activity and accurate.
2. Prepare and involve in the development of financial model for tender, capex or adhoc project
3. Evaluate and analyse the financial implications of an investment/capex.
4. Sustain the development of the financial analysis process across Petrosea aimed at rationalizing costs and improving efficiencies.
5. Liaise with business line management and team.
6. Align with related line functions, execute and provide assistance in preparing and evaluating capital budgeting and to give early warning indicator for any significant variance of major drivers from actual data.
7. Create a well-ordered timeline for annual budget (and re-budgeting) and provide support in the development of budgeting process (analyzing the trends of major cost & revenue drivers), and ensure the assumptions are sound.
8. Help in producing a robust process and tool to integrated rolling plan and forecast from each department, and improve the process once it has been implemented.
9. Perform cost - benefits analyses to compare operating programs , review financial request
