Manager – Security Operations
Responsibilities
To manage the entire security operations and security personnel with responsibility for full-time protection and security for the specific operational area with the prime objective of protecting the people, assets, personnel, information, company image and reputation against any form of threat security risk and hazard.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor degree graduate
- 10 -12 years experience in security operation
- Preferable having experience in mining industry
- Have extensive on-site experience performing security operation
- Experience developing and implementing security procedures
- Experience conducting reviews of security
- Experience conducting Internal Investigations in a corporate environment
- Experience in senior security position with a foreign company
- Exposure in conducting security risk assessments
- Experience working at mining/civil contractor is preferred ;
- Intermediate skills on MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint ;
- Advanced skills on security Management and hazard prevention/management.
- Basic understanding of the Indonesian socio-political environment, including an awareness of security measures appropriate to securing of commercial facilities in both urban and remote settings within Indonesia
- Skill in developing translated report in English
- Basic knowledge of OHS & E
