SHEQ Supervisor (Code: SHE-SPV)
Requirements
- D3 SHEQ, minimum 3 years’ experience or Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Engineering or Public Health with 2 years’ related experience.
- Driving License.
- Able to speak and written in English.
- Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level.
- Technical knowledge.
- Computer literacy.
- Able to obtain POP certification.
- Hold Occupational Health and Safety professional certificate (AK3 Umum).
Supply Chain Specialist (Code: SC - SPC)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Engineering with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in forecasting and demand analysis, purchasing and material control, inventory planning and control and contract management with min. 2 years in managerial level.
- Preferably have knowledge in shipping and logistic
- Comprehensive understanding in Indonesian tax regulation and have ability in tax calculation & report, temporary import policy and policy for import used equipment, and temporary export policy
- Have at least 2 years of Oracle, SAP and/or comparable software experience
- Experience in Explosive Industry is an advantage but not requirement.
- Computer literate, intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Have excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, managerial and organizational skills
- English spoken & written is preferable
- Proactive, tenacity, able to work under pressure, good leadership
Electrical Engineer (Code: ENG-ELT)
Based in Balikpapan
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering discipline or related field is highly desirable; but a combination of great experience and demonstrated skill associated with industrial installations plus educational accomplishments will be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with various Electrical systems as related to design, field start up and commissioning (COC’s ).
- Installations plus educational accomplishments will be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of local compliance requirements.
- Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience with electrical calculations and applications a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and experience applying technology through teamwork.
- Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level.
Project Engineer Staff (Code: ENG-PSE)
Based at BPN
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university with at least three (3) years working experience in a reputable engineering environment; but a combination of proven track record experience and demonstrated skill associated with mechanical project engineering plus educational accomplishments will be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
- Supplementary courses in Projects Management and Electrical Engineering will be an advantage.
- A high level of skills at inter-personal relationships as required getting the support and co-operation of plant management as well as outside consultants and Contractors.
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment including interactions with technical staff, administrative staff, business leaders and contract personnel.
- Ability to accept and respond to changes and challenges in a positive manner.
- Demonstrate capability to analyze problems and provide accurate solutions.
- Demonstration in time management and managing multiple priorities.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to constructively resolve conflicts.
- High passion and excellence, bias for action, adaptability and resilience.
- Must be able to work extended hours, weekends as needed, especially when problems occur or when deadlines must be met.
- Knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic system.
- Some travel will be required.
Purchasing Administration (CODE: SC-PCA)
Based at site Tamtama & site Kal-Sel & site - Tembang & site Bengkulu
Requirements
- S1 Degree or Diploma 3 with minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Minimum 24 years old
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- English speaking is advantage
- Acknowledge of SAP System is an advantage
- Having good filing system and documentation, accuracy, tenacity and attentive to detail
Technical Service Engineer – Open PIT And Underground (Code: TS – ENG)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering
- At least 2 years’ experience as Blasting Engineer
- Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients.
- Technical knowledge.
- Computer literacy.
- Hold blaster competency (KJL II)
- Hold POP will be an advantage
- Hold a Driver’s license; heavy vehicle would be an advantage.
- The incumbent will be required to travel.
Site Manager - Open PIT And Underground (Code: MGR - SM)
Bengkulu & Tembang & Kaltim
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Field / Engineering Mining engineer is an advantage.
- At least 8 years of similar industry experience.
- Hold valid POP to obtain POM certification.
- Hold blaster competency (KJL)
- Technical blasting knowledge.
- Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level.
- Computer literacy.
- Driving license A.
Area Manager (Code: MGR - AM)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Field/Engineering. Mining engineer is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of similar industry experience.
- Hold POM certification. POU preferred.
- Technical blasting knowledge.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and chemical understanding.
- Financial orientation.
- Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level.
- Computer literacy.
- Learning, serving & leading personal that can be a lead by example in the organization.
- Task & personal oriented.
- Driving license A.
Field (Site) Superintendent – Open Pit And Underground
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering, sufficiently mature with a minimum of 6 years’ experience
- A General Driving License.
- Letter of No Criminal Record from Police (Valid SKCK).
- Able to proficiently speak and write in English
- Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level.
- Technical knowledge.
- Computer literacy.
- Hold blaster competency & able to obtain KIM.
- Hold Defensive Driving Certificate
- Hold valid POP to obtain POM certification.
- A Drivers license, B Driving License would be an advantage
- To be based at site

- Female
- Associate Degree, preferably from Secretarial Academy
- Conversant in English
- Computer Literate (Ms. Office & Internet).
- Familiar with working in fast tract and multi-cultural environment.
