AEL Mining Services is a leading developer, producer and supplier of commercial explosives, initiating systems and blasting services for mining, quarrying and construction markets in Africa and Indonesia.
AEL is currently undergoing an exciting phase of growth. To support this continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit following positions:
Electrical Engineer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering discipline or related field is highly desirable; but a combination of great experience and demonstrated skill associated with industrial installations plus educational accomplishments will be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with various Electrical systems as related to design, field start up and commissioning (COC’s ).
- Installations plus educational accomplishments will be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of local compliance requirements.
- Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience with electrical calculations and applications a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and experience applying technology through teamwork.
- Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level.
- To be based at site
Document Controller
Requirements
- At least possess Degree in related field
- Matric with at least 3 years’ experience in an organization that includes Operations, SHE and ISO 14001 and 9000 systems management. Incumbent needs to work closely with Training, Operations and Engineering Managers, and with customers (at all levels) to promote benefits of World Class.
- Must have strong organizational abilities, communication skills (verbal and written), tenacity, sets priorities, ability to work independently, organizational skills, and flexibility.
- Must know company policies and procedures in depth.
- In-depth knowledge of computer software including Lotus Notes (World Class and CRM), CCAS, Purchase Orders on SAP.
- In-depth knowledge of World Class Systems database.
- Administration of the CRM system.
- Full administration of World Class Document Control System.
Training Manager (CODE: MGR - TR)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for design, development and implementation performance management and development activity.
- Developing and delivering training modules related to systems, sales soft skills and interpersonal skills to be delivered to coaches, counsels, and other participants
- Plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably with Human Resources or Engineering background
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both oral and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Vocational Training Qualification Frameworks and Systems
- Able to develop competency training vision across all project sites in Indonesia
- Self-motivated, structured and have a systematic approach to Vocational Training processes
- At least 8 years of working experience in a Vocational Training and Development role
- Should be currently in a managerial level position
Material Controller (CODE: SC - MTC)
Based at BPN
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly project financial reports
- Month end closing activities includes cost check
- Verify and review accuracy of material, production and inventory costs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in material management and inventory control system.
- Preferably have knowledge in Inventory Management.
- Able to develop system & procedure.
- Have at least 2 years of Oracle, SAP and/or comparable software experience.
- Experience in Explosive Industry is an advantage but not requirement.
- Computer literate, intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
- Have excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, managerial and organizational skills.
- English spoken & written is preferable.
- Proactive, tenacity, able to work under pressure, good leadership
Training And Development Superintendent (CODE: TD - SPI)
Responsibilities
- To develop and manage a frame of Human Resources policies and practice covering all aspects of Human Resources Management
- To established and administration/GA system including policy & procedure to support company activities
- Conduct annual research regarding employee satisfaction, morale and communication
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably with Human Resources or Engineering background
