PT Lamindo Inter Multikon, an associate of The Adani Group in Indonesia, is looking for the following personnel to join it's team at the coal mine in Kecamatan Bunyu, Kabupaten Bulungan, Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia.

 

DGM COAL PROCESSING (Code: GMCP)

Bunyu based

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in in managing Coal Handling Plant.
• Age 40 - 50 years old.

Other requirements:

• Good understanding on Fixed plant operational expertise working within a coal or mineral processing plant.
• Operational management capability.
• Good personnel management and communication skills, including good skills in English.
• Proven understanding of safety, risk awareness and identification

Key Result Areas:

• Ensure excellent safety standards are maintained.
• Focus on continuous improvement and effective cost reduction.
• Accountability of leading a large team of operations staff to ensure grade, quality and plant throughput targets are achieved or exceeded.
• In charge of the supervision of resources to meet stringent maintenance schedules.
• Accountable for costs and budgets.

 

HEAD OF SHIPPING (Code: HOS)

Bunyu based

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree from a Maritime Academy with relevant valid License.
• At least 10 years in the maritime industry may substitute for degree. Minimum 5 years as a sailing officer or academy graduate with 2 years sailing.
• Marine experience with an emphasis on knowledge of Kalimantan and surrounding port regulations.
• Age 40 - 50 years old.

Other requirements:

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal), including good skills in English.
• Willing to be located at Mine Site Bunyu.
• Works outside in conditions of both hot and cold temperatures as well as inside in an office environment. Must be able to crouch and stoop to get into areas with restricted headroom, to climb ladders and to lift and carry 50-75 lbs. Exposed to odors, dust, dirt, mechanical hazards, high noise levels and potentially hazardous equipment. Ability to board vessels in rough weather and sea conditions. Long hours, ability to travel, weekend duties and 24-hour "on-call" status are essential job requirements. Must comply with all work rules, including those that pertain to safety and health.

Key Result Areas:

• Management of jetty onshore and offshore employees.
• Arrange for regulatory docking of FC and SPB's as per continuous survey plans
• Arrange for coordination of assist tugs, pilots and crew care as necessary;
• Able to manage demurrage/dispatch/penalty calculations.
• Respond to all senior management directives.
• Manage all third party contracts.
• Manage PNI, H&M insurance contracts and insurance claims.
• Manage charter party terms.
• Manage coal transshipment and coal barge loading to its rated capacity.
• Ensure barges and barge loading conveyor system from main stockpile to barge loader are operated in a optimum condition.
• Ensure jetty and fendering arrangement is maintained in terms of operability and cleanliness.
• Manage third party mooring crew and manage berthing and unberthing operation in optimum time.
• Manage barging cycle time by liaising with the tug master.
• Audit third party tugs for safety and crew certification and skills,
• Ensure all tug/SPB,s are crewed, operated and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and customer expectations.
• Implement standard procedures and guidelines for the operation of a safe and environmentally sound barge fleet ;
• Ensure all SPB/FC's/ personnel comply with regulatory training requirements; assist in the development and adherence of the operational budgets investigate vessel damage, product spills, and personal injuries;
• Ensure all appropriate authorized and company personnel are notified and that proper documentation is completed accurately;
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed personnel, and crew management development.
• Regular inspect vessels to ensure seaworthy condition and arrange for maintenance and repair activities to correct any deficiencies;
• Maintain all barges, and vessels, FC's in class, flag and keep all certificates valid.
• Manage boarding officers for making timely SOF and managing the SOF to ensure company productivity.
• All port clearances and company documentation to be managed to ensure no loss to company on demurrage and mismanagement.
• Indenting vessels to ensure shipping out coal as per company directives.

 

ASST. MGR/SR. OFFICER INVENTORY (Code: INV)

Bunyu based

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in engineering with PG diploma in MM.
• Min 10 years experience in a range of supply chain management functions in the mining industry with minimum 5 of those years working in Indonesia.
• Age 35 - 45 years old.

Other requirements:

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal), including good skills in English.
• Willing to be located at Mine Site Bunyu.
• Well developed computer skills to be able to implement and maintain effective processes and procedures.
• Strong analytical capabilities and skills, English language documentation skills with high attention to detail.

Key Result Areas:

• Comply with all CSR requirements under PT.Adani Global, Vision and values
• Comply with all PT. Adani Occupational health, Safety and Environmental requirements as well as those required under the Decree of Ministry of Mines and Energy.
• Develop establish, implement and maintain inventory control, warehouse operations related logistics and monitor the adherence of these procedures within PT Adani and its contractors and suppliers.
• Develop and implementation warehousing and inventory control strategies that optimize inventory size, use, and service levels at lowest overall financial impact.
• Develop implement and utilize to the maximum extent practical the continuously evolving improvements and tools in the various aspects of business process and technology including SAP.
• Provide regular management reports of objectives, accomplishments, progress, status and major activities relating to activities of warehousing operations.

 

IT Support (Code-IT)

Bunyu based

Requirements:

• Education IT
• Min 5 years experience
• Age 30 - 35 years old

Other requirements:

• Familiar with ICT tasks including computer, wifi, printer, radio, and communication system.
• Willing to be located at Mine Site Bunyu, Bulungan East Kalimantan.

Key Result Areas:

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software
• Maintain an inventory of all ICT related hardware and software including desktops, servers, routers, switches and all IT related hardware
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows XP, Windows 7, Microsoft Office, and antivirus
• Manage Windows Server 2008
• Install and manage wifi access point
• Administer radio communication
• Monitor and follow-up for all warranty related issues including warranty claims. replacements and renewal
• Develop and maintain an inventory of all ICT related hardware and software including desktops, servers, routers, switches and all IT related hardware
• Liaise with third-party support

 

SENIOR SURVEYOR (Code: SS)

Bunyu based

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree / Geodetic, Geologist or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years experience in similar role.
• Age 35 - 45 years old.

Other requirements:

• Willing to be located at Mine Site Bunyu.
• Familiar with GPS, good knowledge in topography, experience in coal mine.
• Holding POP certification would be advantage.

Key Result Areas:

• Responsible for collecting, mapping and analyzing measurement data of the mining area, also providing calculation of system and measurement.
• Actively contribute to positive teamwork & communicate openly and honestly at all times.
