Lead Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities
- Strength in development of design and engineering calculations, datasheets & specifications, MTOs, RFQ packages and TBE’s.
- Strong ability to work with engineers in other Departments (Civil, Electrical, etc.), coordinating the works,supervising and monitoring/ directing subordinates
- Knowledge in fabrication is preferred; Materials Handling Systems, pump and piping systems, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience
- Familiar with Mechanical Engineering Software such as Helix, PV-Elite, CAESAR, etc. would be an advantage
- Strength in development of design and engineering calculations, datasheets & specifications, MTOs, RFQ packages and TBE’s.
- Strong ability to work with engineers in other Departments (Civil, Electrical, etc.), coordinating the works, supervising and monitoring/ directing subordinates.
- Knowledge in fabrication is preferred; Materials Handling Systems, pump and piping systems, etc.
General Requirements
- Advanced level of communication in English, both oral and written.
- Must have good computer literacy; Microsoft Office (excel, power point, word, and Visio)
- Ability to work on his/ her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team
- Ability to work fast, multi-task and tight deadlines
- Related experiences in Engineering, Procurement Construction (EPC) or Consultant on Mining Development, Mineral Processing and General Infrastructure. Oil and Gas experience well regarded
- Familiar with Codes/ Standards, both Local Standards (SNI) and International Codes/ Standards, ASME, API, TEMA, AS, BS and other International Standards
- all roles are Jakarta based however may require travelling to site when needed
