Manager HRD (HRD-M)
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in Law or HR management from reputable university
- Maximum 45 years old of age
- Having at least 3 years experiences from mining company as HRD Manager
- Excellent understanding about HR functions such as; Training & People Development, Jamsostek, Benefits and compensation and Industrial relations and also understanding in general affair (GA) matters
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and positive attitude
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Able to operate computer (Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point and Visio)
