Management Trainee Quality Control
Requirements

HSE Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent ;
- Registered as a HSE Professional with relevant HSE Organization & or Governmental Body ;
- 10 - 12 years experience in HSE implementation at operational & corporate level in similar/heavy industry
- Comprehensive knowledge & experience of HSE Management System & their implementation at an operational level ;/li>
- Experience in leading and delivering HSE related mentoring, training & awareness programs ;/li>
- Experience in performing HSE audits & inspections ;/li>
- Experience in leading incident investigations, analysis & reporting processes ;/li>
- Experience with emergency response planning & management an advantage ;/li>
- Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters(meeting, presentation, report writing) ;/li>
- Intermediate skills on MS-Word, Excel, & PowerPoint ;

Safety And Health Officer
Requirements
- Male or Female, Age 23 – 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer
- Experience minimum 3 years in the same position
- Have knowledge about K3 and implementation in the mining company
- Will be placed in our Site (South Sumatera, South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan)

Finance Staff
Requirements
- Female
- Age between 25 – 30 years old
- Minimum S1 Degree majoring Accounting and GPA min 3.00
- Minimum 2 years experiences with Finance and or accounting background
- Having basic knowledge of journal and bank reconciliation
- Understanding AR/ AP
- Strong knowledge on accounting and finance principle and able to perform analysis and review on actuarial calculation.
- Good knowledge & understanding of accounting & costing practices
- Good communication in English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Good computer skills (MS Excel & Word), experience in using Accounting Software is an advantage

Geodetic Engineer
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from geodetic engineer

Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities
- Reports to the Project Manager
- Supervise in the design office, designer draftsman, site supervisor and other construction staff assigned to installation work.
- Perform site survey visits and prepare work package comprising– scope of work, applicable standards and specifications, drawings/sketches, planning for basic studies and detailed engineering.
- Ensure that HSE regulations applicable to Electrical, instrumentation & control systems are known and adhered to. Ensure to respect the environment during execution of works.
- Co-ordinate all electrical & instrument equipment, testing, calibration and maintenance activities.
- Prepare Key Drawings like One line Diagram, P&ID, Layout Drawing, Hook Up Drawing are ready for construction activities.
- Prepare & issue job status report to ensure progress in accordance with project schedule.
- Conduct testing, calibration, commissioning and supervise installation of all Eletrical equipment and field instrument (such as Pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, etc )
- Attend progress meetings with clients and discuss technical aspects as necessary in executing projects.
- Conduct material take-off and compare as per approved bill of material of all metering skid requirements.
- Verify all equipment and Electric & instrumentation weatherproof and corrosion resistant as per specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of the team
Internal Audit Staff
Responsibilities- Melaksanakan proses pemeriksaan / audit internal bagi perusahaan secara berkala untuk menghasilkan Laporan Audit.
- Merumuskan dan memberikan masukan pemecahan masalah (solusi) atas temuan audit dengan melakukan analisa yang tepat dan akurat.
- Memonitor dan mengevaluasi hasil audit internal serta berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait.
- Menjalankan tugas-tugas terkait lainnya.
Requirements
- Lulusan S1 Akuntansi
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Auditor di Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP)
