Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities
- work with Sustainable Purchasing team, to develop and improve reporting and tracking system
- work within the team and take direction in the planning process and maintenance activities
- Prepare Budget and plan for all major planned maintenance
- Develop Maintenance and improvement strategies, from the maintenance planning and process
- assist in the building of APL and EGI's for upload into the Ellipse CMMS system
- Develop sound working relationships with all team member and stakehoolders
- Assist the Asset Manager to develop and implement to drive your input into the business and business system
- Ensure safety and environmental considerations are incorporated in all planning and maintenance activities
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

Senior Corporate Mine Operation
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.
- Minimum 10 years experiences in mining in similar role.
- Having experience for Mining Costing
- Preferably experience in Project Manager (PM) position
- Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
- Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Mining or Geology Engineering)
- Min. 10 years experience in Site Manager for Coal Mining Company
- A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial and technical awareness in a similar operating is essential
- Comprehensive knowledge of Mining management principles and practices
- Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill : writen & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planinng & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation
- Strong Commitment to safety

Training & People Development Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from Psychology (Preferably Master Degree from Psychology/Psycholog)
- Maks. 35 years old
- Min. 8 years experience in People Develoment Area with at least 3 years as a People Development Manager
- Good understanding in Compentecy Process & Development Employee
- Able to create Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Human Asset Value Map Concept

HRD & GA Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from Law
- Maks. 40 years old
- Min. 7 years experience in HR Area within 4 years as a HRD Manager
- Have a good knowledge in HRD & GA Practice (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relation, Payroll, Personal Administration, Labor Law, etc)

Fleet Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage the shipping unit technical departemenwhich directly manages a fleet floating cranes, tug, & Barges
- Will cordinate the activity or the team of technical/superintendent and senior officers on boards, in order to ensure that the vessel are operates safely, securely, efficiently and economically to achive company standards
- to take lead on making up, reviewing, and implementing the sip maintenance plan and ensure that cost remain within budgeted
- to ensure that each technical superintendent under this team are well aware of related laws and regulation as well as information on each kind machinery and evaluate
- prepare and monitor budget for all vessel for directly managed vessel
- prepare docking schedules, repair, specifications, and select shipyard, for directly managed vessel docking and responsible for timely and cost effective dry, planning, preparation, and execution
- Required to travel regionally
- Assist project team on technical aspect of new projects or to perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor degree on mechanical engineer, marine engineer, or equivalent
- chief engineer qualification
- 2-4 years of hand on experience in dealing which vessel technical issues, of which the last 3 as chief engineer
- minimum 2-4 years experiences superintendent and as a fleet manager
- strong knowledge of vessel technical requirements and voyaer regulation
- excellent project management skills
