IT System Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Implements, installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots, and evaluates existing and new Microsoft Windows server operating systems
- Responsible for integration of user work stations, including MAC workstations, with Microsoft Windows server operating systems and Active Directory
- Regularly confers with database programmers, analysts, other systems administrators, and users regarding current and prospective system changes and future needs
- Provides support to site-managed technical staff regarding system administration and usage
Requirements
- Age between 23 – 28 years old
- Minimum 2 years experience as system engineer or system administrator
- Knowing about mysql and LDAP application
- Having experience to apache, php and java (installation, configuration and maintenance) on unix server such as Linux or FreeBSD
- Must be understand to shell script
- Has good ability to postfix MTA (installation, configuration and maintenance)
- Has the ability to analyze problem quickly
- Linux certified such as RHCE would be a plus
- Having BSDA will be first priority
- Willing to be located in Jakarta
Health & Safety Senior Specialist
Responsibilities
- Provide H & S management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company H & S policy and procedures and regulation requirements
- Remain all elements of OHS (including project elements) to improve safety performance
- To manage health and safety strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, maintain and support their implementation
- Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times
Requirements
- Male, maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum 4 (four) years experience as safety officer in mining industry
- Bachelor degree from faculty of Mining Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Public Health
- Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)/ K3 is preferred
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
- Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
- Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
- Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
- Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
- Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
- Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)
Logistic Superintendent
Responsibilities
- To planing, organizing and controling logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management.
- Controling warehouse and delivery organization to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery
- Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste
Requirements
- Male,
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Minimum 5 (five) years experience as logistic, preferably from mining or construction company
- Degree from faculty of technical / logistic management or related field
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer literate in using MS office and Internet
- Posses good knowledge about Inventory, WHD Management, and Fuel Management
- Willing to be place in Maluku Islands, Halmahera with rotation schedule
