Maintenance Planner
Responsibilities
- Assisting supervisors and O&M personnel in planning, scheduling, coordinating, prioritizing, monitoring and completing work orders in Client’s maintenance software i.e. MAXIMO
- Planning, coordinating, scheduling, and tracking maintenance activities to including but not limited to:
- Working with the rest of the planning organization to incorporate all field and infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Utilizing Maintenance Software information to develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators to help monitor,manage, and optimize work processes.
Requirements
- Male, age maximum 40 years old
- Minimum S1, Mechanical Engineering from reputable University
- More than 3 years exp in same field preferably in Coal Mining
- Having knowledge in Maintenance Planning System (Ellipse System)
- Bachelor degree (S1) or minimum Diploma (D3) degree majoring in Engineering
- Having experience 2 years (for S1) or 4 years (for D3) experience in Maintenance / Maintenance Planning preferably in petrochemical or petroleum industries.
- Male, maximum 30 years old
- Familiar in CMMS (SAP – PM in particular)
- Familiar with rotating and static equipment
- Familiar with budgeting
- Familiar and understand for Maintenance< Productivity, Efficiency & Utilization
- Familiar and able to lead a team to conduct RCFA, RAM & FMEA and CMMS program
- Having good personality, integrity, initiatives and team work ability
- Having working under pressure
- Fluent in English both oral and spoken
- Familiar with computer literature (MS. Office, MS. Outlook, MS Project, etc)
- Willing to be work at South Sumatera
