Secretary
Responsibilities
- Arranging appointments
- Preparation of documents , reports and presentation
- Handling Incoming call
Requirements
- Female
- Age maximum 35 years old.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (strata 1) in Secretary or similar.
- Having experience min for 3 (three) years.
- Computer literate and fluent in English (both spoken & written).
- Have proven ability to liaise with people at all level.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Quick learner, communicate, able to work under pressure, independent and thorough.
- Willing to be contacted after office hours when the company needed.
Tax Officer
Responsibilities
- Creating tax reports
- Establish good relationships with external tax
- Prepare monthly Tax Report SPT PPh 21, 23, 25
Requirements
- Age maximum 30 years old.
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (strata 1) in Accounting.
- Holder of Brevet A, B .
- Having experience in handling taxation for 2 years.
- Having Good Correspondence Skill.
- Initiative and hard worker.
