Legal Supervisor
Requirements
- Female, 26– 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Proficient in English (oral & written)
- Computer literate (Word, Excel & Power point)
- Having good analytical thinking and detail
- Having strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills with ability to work independently
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
Technical Director (Shipping)
Responsibilities
- Membuat strategi dividi teknik dalam hal preventif maintenance, corrective maintenance
- Membuat strategi pengembangan manusia di dept. teknik
- Mengevaluasi hasil kerja dept. teknik
- Membuat action plan, strategi pencapaian hasil kerja di dept. teknik
- Mengevaluasi costing & budget
- Memberikan laporan bulanan yang berisi : kondisi kapal, hasil perbaikan, pembiayaan perbaikan, dan down time perbaikkan kapal serta evaluasi dan antisipasi kedepannya.
- Melakukan inspeksi ke kapal untuk menilai hasil kerja / perbaikan di kapal
Requirements
- Laki-laki, berusia minimal 35 tahun
- Berijazah ATT 2 (min) atau sederajat dibidang teknik
- Berpengalaman di posisi manager teknik / direktur teknik selama min 3 thn
- Memahami ISM Code, ISO 9001: 2008
- Pernah bekerja pada perusahaan pemilik kapal
- Mengerti dan dapat melakukan perbaikan pada mesin kapal
- mengerti dan memahami kosntruksi bangunan kapal
- Leadership Skill
- Memahami prosedur perbaikan dan pengelasan standard marine
- sehat jasmani dan rohani
- Bersedia bekerja di kantor ataupun melakukan travelling
