Currently we are seeking for suitable candidate to fill the following position:
Helpdesk ERP
Responsibilities
- Input new vendor and customer to system database in each company code
- Maintain vendor and customer database
- Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue
- Follow up the ticket queue with Consultant
- Diagnosing the error reported by end user
Requirements
- Male
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Information System or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Familiar with ERP System
- Able to work as a team & strong initiative
