Logistic and Procurement Manager - Coal Mining
Responsibilities

- Coordinates the interface between logistics function such as procurement, transportation, and warehouseing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to head office
- Responsible on coal stockpile management
- Planning and organize the barge loading procedure to Jetty from Mine
- Responsible to ensured the barge / vessel loading schedule
- Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedule are met and communicated to management
- Track Shipments from issuance of purchase order to delivery to final destinaton
- Contact suppliers , service providers, and end users to resolve order and shipment discrepancies
- Track and monitor priority request, verify packing lists and other documentation involving materials received from suppliers for delivery to customers at various sites.
Requirements
- Male age between 35-45 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any major.
- Having experince in working with reputated Coal Mining Companies
- Familiar with Barge loading and Vessel loading
- Candidate should have 7 years experience in logistic along with 3 years experince in managerial level
- Candidate should excellent in warehousing and transport also having ability to communicate and make decision
- Have knowledge of shipping documentation, such as Bill of Lading, Statement of Fact and despatch / demmurage reports
- Should have experince of working in Kalimantan area
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan Area especially in East Kalimantan
- Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must
