Finance and Accounting Staff
Responsibilities
- Verifies and prepares transactions to journal, ledger and other accounting records.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation.
- Prepares month-end general ledger closing journal entries and supporting sub ledgers.
- Prepare monthly financial statement reporting and drafts internal financial reports.
- Prepares statements, invoices and vouchers. Ensure all payments to supplier and employee are performed accurately and timely according to the schedules.
- Prepare monthly tax payable and payment, reporting to the tax office are made accurately and on timely.
- Ensure petty cash is maintained at appropriately and accordingly.
- Support special projects.
Requirements
- Maximum 26 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance with GPA of no less than 2.8 (out of 4).
- 1 - 2 year (s) of working experience are required.
- Able to work with a minimum of supervision while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating with other employees within the organization.
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines.
