Recruitment Staff

Responsibilities

• Good in HR administrations (Filling, Manage the data base, Job Posting, Screening CV).
• Conduct Administration Psychotest, Recruitment, and Interview Processes.
• Monitor the implementation of the medical check-up done at the Hospital / Laboratory designated.
• Ensure all recruitment activities goes well until the beginning of the employment contract employee requests.

 

Requirements

• Maximum age 25 year old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Psychology.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Prefers experienced in outsourcing or mining recruitment.
• Have experience in recruitment testing/evaluation would be an advantage.
• Have good and wide networking of HR sources for employment.
• Can establish good communication with all parties.
• Multi Tasking, Target Oriented, thorough, systematic, deft in working.

Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate site project report.
• Coordinate the preparation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Site.
• Leading the operational evaluation meeting.
• Facilitate the implementation of the QMS (Quality Management System) site.
• Make project lost and evaluation.
• Ensure work plan based on the targets set.
• Ensure the operational conditions of heavy equipment and dump trucks as well.
• Make monthly reports covering all project performance in site organization functions.

 

Requirements

• Male
• Maximal age 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least S1 mathematics, statistics or industrial engineering.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient Using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).
• Capable and have good knowledge about the statistics of data.
• Have knowledge about production and operation research method.
• Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact well with all parties concerned.
• Good analytical and leadership skills
• Able to speak English fluently.

Data Center (Operator Radio)

Responsibilities

• Receive information production processes, units, and equipment through the radio.
• Provide information to user through Radio Communication and other device.
• Coordinate with production and plant supervisors.
• Input Data or information into the system.
• Providing information unit status to supervisors

 

Requirements

• Male
• Maximum age 27 years old
• Minimum SMA / SMK / STM
• Able to operate Ms. Excel properly
• Minimum 1 year of worjing experience in the field of Data Center (Radio Operator) * experience preferably coal mines
• Good communication including in written reports and presentation towards all level
• Have the ability to analyze problems of the field.
• Have knowledge of mining
• Able to quickly coordinate with related parties
• Hard-working, responsible, loyal, honest, thorough, fast, and diligent
• Willing to be located in West Kalimantan

 

Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities

• Responsible to issue PO at suppliers and vendor.
• Follow through all purchase orders issued to Head Office, suppliers and vendor and communicate effectively with other business units to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Monitor Open Purchase Orders.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendor on incoming quality / discrepancy issues.
• Advise Site needs at timely basis pertaining to the delivery schedule
• Communicate and work closely with business units in ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved at all times.

 

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline with sound knowledge in all aspects of purchasing
• At least 1 years of experience in order processing and purchasing
• Male
• Maximum age 30 yeas old will be advantage
• Good communication, analytical, organizing skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bekasi
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in purchasing or equivalent
• Full-Time and Contract position available

 

Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure hauling goes well
• Facilitate the user needs to project manager
• Report hauling proces in the site

 

Requirements

• Male
• Maximal age 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Proficient in computer programs (Ms. Officer) and English.
• Able to develop work programs, work systems and periodic reports with the good
• Able to operate A2B
• Certification First Operational Control (POP)
• Have experience hauling coal
• Have strong leadership skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melak
