PT Trubaindo Coal Mining & PT Bharinto Ekatama merupakan perusahaan pertambangan batubara dengan konsesi pertambangan seluas lebih dari 45 ribu hektar. yang terletak di Kabupaten Kutai Barat (Kalimantan Timur) dan Kabupaten Barinto Selatan (Kalimantan Tengah). dan merupakan subsidiary dan PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. salah satu grup perusahaan pertambangan batubara terbesar di Asia dan terdaftar di bursa saham sejak tahun 2007.

History PT Trubaindo Coal Mining dan PT Bharinto Ekatama merupakan anak perusahaan PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. yang juga merupakan bagian dari BANPU Group Company. Coal Management Supervisor

PT Trubaindo Coal Mining (site Muara Bunyut)

 

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all mine activity follow good mining practice (accord with SOP & regulation)
• Prepared work schedule of team and make report every month
• Supervise mine contractor activity
• Capable manage ROM stockpile and operate truck scale
• Ensure blended coal quality as plan

 

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral).
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s):
  • Can operate LV have SIM A or SIM B1
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
  • Computer literate in using MS. Office
  • Have POP sertificate
• Able to establish effective relationships with people of other culture and backgrounds.
• Strive to earn the trust of colleagues and partner.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melak,Kutai Barat.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.

PIT Service Supervisor

PT Trubaindo Coal Mining (site Muara Bunyut)

 

Responsibilities

• Supervise log cutting, clear and grub activity with safely condition
• Prepare location untill ready for top soil removal or ob removal
• Make LHP (Laporan Hasil Produksi) and reported to government
• Log management
• Ensure log cutting & clear and grub activity follow SOP & government regulation

 

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Forestry or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melak,Kutai Barat.
• Other Required Skill :
  • Able to establish effective relationships with people of other culture and backgrounds
  • Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • Computer literate in using MS. Office
  • Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organization skills
• Other Required Certification :
  • Have GANIS (Tegana Teknis) for make LHP
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Forestry or equivalent.

Mine Plan Supervisor

PT Trubaindo Coal Mining & PT Bharinto Ekatama (site Muara Bunyut & Kladi)

 

Responsibilities

• Design and Planning the daily production levels for the mine and ensuring that all equipment and supplies required by workers are available when needed
• Coordinating with government
• Training and developing orientation programs to appropriately train new and existing workers on the use of various equipment within the mine
• Scheduling work shifts and briefing workers as needed on changes in policies and production.
• Ensuring all safety measures, guidelines and regulations are being accurately followed and reporting any concerns to the appropriate managers or regulatory groups.
• Supporting and tracking the production of the mine from the processing of raw materials through to the development of the mined product.
• Working with individual employees to handle problems, issues and work-related questions to ensure that employees are able to work in physically safe environments without additional stress.

 

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s):
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
  • Good analytical and focus on detail
  • Able to establish effective relationships with people of other culture and backgrounds.Applicants must be willing to work in Kutai Barat District (Melak), East Kalimantan (see map)
• Comprehensive skill in mining software
• Good in english both oral and written

Land Compensation Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Control system administration for land compensation activities
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of land compensation
• Respons to various land compensation claim and issues
• Reporting

 

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Land Compensation is required for this position, especially in coal mining and having experience to deal with indigenous people
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kutai Barat (Melak).
• Having good knowledge about legal issues in coal mining-affairs
• Have guiding Land-Comp proccesses as SOP & Law
• Having good negotiation skill
• Hard worker & Excellent in underpressure situation
• Having a good knowledge of legal document management

  • Familiar with regulation of ESDM mining
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skill
  • Have an excellent experience in mining
  • Have an excellent negotiation skill and ability law
