Finance Supervisor Site

Kalimantan Timur - Melak - Kutai Barat

Responsibilities:

• Supervise finance & accounting staff.
• Liaise with Auditor and tax agents.
• Analyze accounting report.
• Timely preparation and submission of site project payroll.
• Responsible for accurate, timely monthly and year-end financial close.
• Manage the site project s financial, accounting, corporate tax, with-holding tax, goods and services tax and all related accounting functions.
• Effective fund management including: forecasting and analysis of cashflow, bank payment control, highlight potential needs for funds and Account Receivable issues.
• Ensure inter-company transactions and billings are kept in order.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree, Master s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good inter-personal, communications and presentation skills.
• Candidate with project site experience preferred.
• People supervisory and organization skills.
• Good analysis skills and meticulous.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melak - Kutai Barat.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
