The Harita Group is an Indonesian company based in Jakarta which main businesses in mining, palm oil and wood flooring amongst others. We are looking for suitable candidate who can fill the position as below:

IT Support Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Providing IT support to computer users within the office (including inducting new staff)
• Initial troubleshooting of IT problems, and resolving them wherever possible
• Ensuring that data is routinely backed up
• Managing the distribution of documents in electronic format and of standard layouts and templates for documents

Requirements

• Male, maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor degree from informatics technology
• Able to work with a team
• Have a good communication skill
• Able to speak English (oral and written)
• Have a soft skill as trainer
• Minimum 3 years minimum experience in same position
• Good knowledge about troubleshooting hardware (PC, Notebook, printer), troubleshooting software (Windows, Linux) , office application, especially Open Office
• To be placed at North Maluku with roster system

Mining Drafter

Responsibilities

• Working on cost estimations for materials and installations
• Conduct field survey and analyze the results and apply them to estimate and drawing related
• Determine the specifications and quality of materials that are tailored to the needs of the project

Requirements

• Male, maximum 30 years old
• Min. Diploma degree or equivalent in the related area
• Able to work with a team
• Having minimum 1 years experience as Drafter & Data Processor in mining area
• Able to operate AutoCAD software
• Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)

Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls
• Handling documents in and out
• Receiving company guests
• Handling administrative tasks

Requirements

• Female, maximum 25 years old
• Min. Senior High School, Diploma degree or equivalent in the related area
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Have good personality, appearance, attitude, honest, and responsible
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Three (3 ) Months Contract position
