Requirements

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Corporate Finance/Investment/ Financial Advisory/Invesment Banking or equivalent
• Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling
• Graduated from reputable university, preferably with MBA/ Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Female or Male, age max. 30 years old
• Detail, Good interpersonal skills and a great team player
• Good command of English is a must

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from Geology /  Mining  Engineering
• Experience 1-2 years from Coal Mining company
• Able to work under pressure, responsible, dedicated ,and team player
• Computer literate and good interpersonal skill & communication
• Willing to work  in Site Area

HR Spv - Site

Responsibilities

• Maintain, arrange, monitor and administer employee and industrial relation in order to provide an immediate support to all employees in conforming with all company’s regulations, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of experience in HR field from Coal Mining Industry, especially in Industrial Relations
• Possess strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels employee
• Team Player, Responsible, Detail, and Honest
• Willing to be placed in Site Area

SR LEGAL

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor degree from Law, age max.  35 years old
• Preferably experience  5 years as a Senior Staff/Supervisor/coordinators specializing in  Coal Mining Company or  Law/Legal services at a reputable company
• Experience in active legal practice/corporate law/commercial law with sufficient legal exposure especially in handling legal issues, drafting of documents (Joint Venture Agreements, Distribution Agreements. Licensing, Operational etc) contract negotiation and business arrangements.
• Self starter and able to work under pressure and work immediately
• Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
