Warehouse Foreman

Responsibilities

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system

 

Requirements

• Male,
• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma Degree any discipline relevant to warehouse, logistic or equivalent
• Having minimum 2 years warehouse experience in mining area
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)

 

Office Management

Responsibilities

• Handling building management, car and other asset
• Ensuring regular maintenance for company asset
• Monitoring purchasing process for office supplies
• Handling documents formality
• Coordinating OB, security, driver, and receptionist

 

Requirements

• Male,
• Maximum age 33 years old
• Minimum Diploma Degree any discipline relevant to general affairs or equivalent
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Willing to be located in head office area (Jakarta)

 

Welder

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day maintenance activities
• Implemented preventative maintenance initiatives
• Establish high performance for Health, Safety and Environmental

 

Requirements

• Male,
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Technical High School any discipline relevant to welding and fabrication or equivalent
• Having minimum 3 years welding experience in mining area
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)

 

Electrician

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day maintenance activities
• Implemented preventative maintenance initiatives
• Establish high performance for Health, Safety and Environmental

 

Requirements

• Male,
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Technical High School in Mechanical or equivalent
• Having minimum 3 years auto electric and air conditioning maintenance and repair experience in mining area
• Familiar in electrical equipment, special tooling,  cable sizes, and wires that are commonly used in electrical installations
• Understand and ability to correctly install electrical installations
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)

 

Mechanic (Heavy Equipment or Dump Truck)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day maintenance activities
• Implemented preventative maintenance initiatives
• Establish high performance for Health, Safety and Environmental

 

Requirements

• Male,
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Technical High School in Mechanical or equivalent
• Having minimum 4 years maintenance and repair experience in mining area
• Able to handle  troubleshooting , assembly & disassembly, general overhaul maintenance and daily service heavy equipment  such as : dump truck, excavator, dozer, and  grader
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)

 

Electrician Foreman

Responsibilities

• Responsible for compliance to weekly and monthly planning, including scheduled work orders, relating to all maintenance tasks set out daily
• Monitor electrical activities regarding special tooling requirements, spare parts and consumable goods
• Monitor / Communicate all maintenance work instructions to direct subordinates, in a clear and defined manner

 

Requirements

• Male,
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Technical High School in Mechanical or equivalent
• Having minimum 6 years auto electric and air conditioning maintenance and repair experience in mining area
• Familiar in electrical equipment, special tooling,  cable sizes, and wires that are commonly used in electrical installations
• Understand and ability to correctly install electrical installations
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)

 

Mechanic Foreman

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day maintenance activities

• Establish high performance for health, safety and environmental

• Experienced with caterpillar, komatsu, and other OEMs products
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)

 

Maintenance Planner Superintendent

Responsibilities

• To implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair
• Service of equipment accordance to this procedure
• Manage plant on site in accordance with procedures and manufacturer's recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness
• Coordinate with site staff to ensure plant on is maintained accordance with procedures and manufactures recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness.

 

Requirements

• Male,
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical or equivalent
• Having minimum 2 years maintenance and repair experience in mining area
• Experienced with caterpillar, Komatsu, and other OEMs products
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)

 

Plant Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop, interpret and execute LOM (Life of Mine) and other mine planning and scheduling models
• Design, plan, optimize, cost and review the nickel mining operations
• Ensure and develop all scheduling plan, recommend appropriate cut off grades strategies
• Ensure daily, weekly, quarterly, annual budgets & forecasts, life of mine plans are prepared and to accepted standards and a timely and cost effective manner

 

Requirements

• Male,
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Technical High School in Mechanical or equivalent
• Having minimum 3 years maintenance and repair experience in mining area
• Experienced with caterpillar, Komatsu, and other OEMs products
• Planning of mechanical repair and have previously worked to budget
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Willing to be located in remote area (Obi Island, Halmahera)
