Finance & Operation Director

Responsibilities

• Responsible to whole site operation
• Monitor & evaluate the achievement of production and implementation of site business strategy and policy
• Develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction,
• Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities, maintaining relationships with the investment community
• Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions.
• Reports financial status

Requirements

• At least 5 (five) years experience in coal mining industry
• Bachelor degree (S1) from Faculty of Economic / Mining / Geology or related to the position
• Good leadership and managerial skills to subordinates, tactful to communicate with people in all levels
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
